Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. When you submit your application you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  

We require that you bring your own tent, tables, chairs, decorations, lighting, weights and electricity! We will only provided the space. Food vendors must have their 2024 City of Rowlett Health Permit to be approved!

 

Vendors will be charged the full amount of the dates you're approved for at the time of approval. Refunds will only be issued if Rowlett cancels due to weather. We will not issue a refund in the event the vendor needs to cancel. After two absences on dates you're scheduled, you will lose your space for the remainder of the season and forfeit your vendor fee.

Join us every Thursday starting September 19 until November 14, excluding October 31, from 5:30-8:30pm at the Downtown Green. Pick up dinner from one of our delicious food trucks and explore our large variety of vendors with organic goods and a variety of crafts from talented makers showcasing their unique, handmade creations. From jewelry and clothing to pottery and home décor, there's something for everyone at our market. Shop for one-of-a-kind gifts or treat yourself to something special. Terms and Conditions for Craft Vendor Application

Purpose: To maintain the integrity and quality of our event series, we are committed to featuring only hand-crafted vendors.

Eligibility:

• Only vendors who personally create their products are eligible to participate.
• Resale items, defined as products not made by the vendor but purchased for resale, are strictly prohibited.

Application Review:

• Each vendor application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• The City of Rowlett reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from vendors during the review process.

Final Approval:

• The City of Rowlett will make the final determination on the acceptance of vendors.
• Decisions made by the City of Rowlett are final and not subject to appeal.

Implementation:

• These terms and conditions will be enforced for the upcoming event series to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all attendees.
