General Information:
The Hello Fall Market will take place on:
- Saturday, September 14th, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday, October 12th, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Our market aims to celebrate the essence of fall by showcasing unique, fall-inspired products from local artisans and small businesses. We are committed to fostering a supportive community atmosphere and offering a memorable experience for all attendees.
Accepted Categories:
We are seeking vendors in the following categories:
- Art and Craft: Handcrafted items such as jewelry, pottery, textiles, paintings, and more.
- Food and Beverage: Pre-packaged gourmet foods, baked goods, artisanal beverages (non-alcoholic).
- Home Decor: Fall-themed decorations, candles, home accessories, and more.
- Health and Beauty: Natural skincare products, wellness items, and related goods.
- Fashion and Accessories: Fall fashion apparel, accessories, and footwear.
Category Descriptions:
- Art and Craft: Original handmade creations that reflect the artisan"s creativity and craftsmanship.
- Food and Beverage: Artisanal foods and beverages that are packaged for off-site consumption. All food vendors must comply with local health regulations.
- Home Decor: Items designed to enhance the home environment, especially those with a fall theme.
- Health and Beauty: Products that promote personal care and wellness, made from natural or organic ingredients.
- Fashion and Accessories: Clothing and accessories that capture the spirit of fall, showcasing unique designs and high-quality materials.
Event Protocol:
- Application Review: All applications will be reviewed by the Hola Amiga Experience team and the Phipps Plaza management team. Acceptance is based on the uniqueness and quality of products, as well as alignment with our event theme.
- Approval Notification: Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status within two weeks of application submission, beginning August 1st.
Food Management:
- Health Permits: All food vendors must provide a valid health permit and comply with local food safety regulations.
- Sampling: Food sampling is allowed but must be conducted in a hygienic manner with appropriate handling procedures.
Parking:
-Vendor Parking:Vendors will be provided with designated parking areas. Detailed parking instructions will be sent upon acceptance.
- Load-In and Load-Out:
- Load-In: Begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 10:30 AM on the day of the event. Late arrivals may result in exclusion without a refund.
- Load-Out: Begins at 6:00 PM and must be completed by 7:00 PM. Early breakdowns are not permitted.
Setup and Breakdown Information:
- Booth Setup: Vendors are responsible for setting up their booths, including bringing all necessary equipment (tables, chairs, displays). White canopy tents are mandatory for a uniform look.
- Electricity: No electricity will be provided. Vendors requiring power must bring their own battery sources.
- Cleanup: Vendors must clean their booth area before departure, removing all trash and debris. Failure to comply will result in a cleanup fee of $250 per half-hour.
