About the application

-Located inside the Mahogany Beach Club gates. This is an outdoor event.
-One 6' table and two chairs will be provided. Please bring a tent or cover as we have a limited amount.
-You will not have access to your set up location with a vehicle. Please arrange your own carts/wagons to transport your products and equipment via the walk through access gate or inside elevator. -Load in begins at 10am and the event begins at 12pm. -Event ends at 3pm and tear down/load out is to commence at that time. Please take all cardboard, boxes, etc. with you. Garbage may be disposed of in our receptacle. Your own garbage bags are required.
