We are currently not accepting jewelry, apparel, food, or skin care vendors.

 

Artist Policies:

 

Set Up: You are entitled to an assigned 8ft linear space. You are permitted no more than one 6ft table and any small rack you may need to fill your spaceYou may begin setting up at 4pm, and the event runs from 5pm to 9pm! You may not block sidewalks, any entry/exit doorways, windows, or handicapped access.  Allow adequate space of sidewalk for pedestrian traffic.  

 

You are not permitted to change/move your own location and table. This can negatively affect other artists around you. Please also stay within your assigned location of an 8ft linear space. Going beyond these boundaries will enter the neighboring artist's spot, forcing them to limit their display.

 

You are strongly encouraged to bring as many battery powered lights as you think you will need to make your table or space stand out, as you are responsible for your area's attractiveness.  The majority of our locations do not have a power source. You may not attach anything to the walls or windows of any building.

 

It is up to each artist to keep the appropriate distance away from other artists, while also allowing enough space from the front door of a business or high traffic area.  Please use common sense when setting up and when dealing with customers, and please be courteous to these businesses that you are setting up in front of. The brick and mortar businesses are having full capacities, so be conscious of the customers lingering at entrances and give them space. Be mindful that the local stores and restaurants are open for business, they support this event, and they don't want their view/a customer’s view blocked by your display. They want traffic in their business too! Without their support, we would be unable to host this fabulous community event.

Weather:

 

I would also like to remind you that the NBAW is held rain or shine. You are welcome to bring a canopy tent (no larger than 10'x10') for the rain if you are not already assigned a location with an awning.  If you choose to opt out given the chance of a storm or other last minute cause, please give me sufficient notice so I may free up your spot for an interested artist! Feel free to reach out if you need help determining if your spot has awning coverage. If you bring a tent, please do not hang anything from it. You are still required to stick to your space boundaries.

 

 

Parking/Unloading:

 

Parking is a premium, with enforced on 160+ city parking spots. You may pay for parking by the hour at one of the FlowBird meters, or by downloading the FlowBird app. If you must unload your car in front of your assigned location, please be quick and do not block traffic. You can unload/reload your pieces in a timely manner near your assigned space. Please still be mindful of other cars and pedestrians!
