SATURDAY FOOD TRUCK APPLICATION

Welcome to Galveston Sandcastle Festival 2024!

Please read through our vendor information thoroughly and fill out our application to the best of your ability. Please contact us directly via email at info@galvestonsandcastlefestival.com if you have any questions.

GSF will be taking place Saturday and Sunday, Septemeber 21+22. This event is in collaboration with the AIA Sandlecastle competition and will draw over 10,000 people to Galveston's East Beach within the span of both days. 

Our Vendor Village will feature all different kinds of vendors, small business owners, creators, artist and much more. Everyone is welcome, from established businesses to start ups! This event is family and pet friendly. 

VENDOR SET UP INFORMATION:

SATURDAY:

• Event hours: 10AM - 10PM
• Vendor Village Hours: 10AM - 6PM (You are welcome to stay all the way until 10pm but it is only mandatory to stay until 6pm).
• Set up will begin at 7AM. We recommend you wait until 8am to arrive to avoid the sandcastle-builder traffic early in the morning. Vendor village will open to the public at 10AM. All vendors must be set up and ready to go by 9:30AM.

SUNDAY:

• Event hours: 10AM - 6PM
• Vendor Village Hours: 10AM - 6PM (It is mandatory to stay until 6pm).
• Set up will begin at 7AM. We recommend you wait until 8am to arrive to avoid the sandcastle-builder traffic early in the morning. Vendor village will open to the public at 10AM. All vendors must be set up and ready to go by 9:30AM.

FOOD TRUCK SPOTS:

UP TO 24FT FOOD TRUCK:

• ONE DAY: $300
• BOTH DAYS: $550

- We will not be providing any tents, tables or chairs.

UP TO 20FT FOOD TRUCK:

• ONE DAY: $ 250
• BOTH DAYS: $450

-  We will not be providing any tents, tables or chairs.

PARKING:

• Vendor parking is on site and will be $15 at the gate each day for all day access.

All vendor and application fees are non-refundable. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

VENDOR ARRIVAL:

Take the Apffel Park Rd to enter East Beach. 

There is a vendor-only road which will guide you to the load-in zone at the Vendor Village. 

YOU WILL RECIEVE A SPECIAL PARKING PASS WHICH YOU MUST PRINT AND PUT IN YOUR DASH.
