The 19th Annual October Gullah Fest, hosted by the Jacksonville Gullah Geechee Nation CDC in collaboration with the Melanin Market. **Event Details:** - **Date:** Saturday, October 5th - **Time:** 3:00pm - 9:00pm - **Location:** 822 A. Philip Randolph Blvd, Jacksonville **Highlights:** - Gullah Geechee inspired live entertainment - Low Country Boils - Live basket weaving - And more! **For Vendors:** Registered vendors are eligible to apply for a $1,000 Micro Grant, sponsored by the Jax Melanin Market and the Community First Cares Foundation, to support and elevate their businesses. This event offers a wonderful opportunity to experience Gullah Geechee culture and also provides a platform for local vendors to showcase their products and potentially gain financial support for their businesses.
