The City of Lawrenceville is Currently seeking vendors to celebrate Latin and Hispanic Culture at the Lawrenceville Lawn on SEPTEMBER 27TH from 5PM-10PM. Details about the event below: Join the City of Lawrenceville for our third year of  CULTURA : Fiesta Latina, a Hispanic and Latin culture festival celebrating diversity while embracing inclusivity! Eat, Dance, and experience diverse cultural elements in an immersive way at CULTURA Fiesta Latina.  This FREE, family-friendly event will be held throughout Downtown Lawrenceville! For the integrity of this event we are limiting booth space to Artisans, Food Vendors, Cultural Demonstrations, and Organizations providing specialty products, resources, or services to the Latin and Hispanic community.
 

The City of Lawrenceville presents CULTURA: Fiesta Latina, a full sensory experience celebrating the diversity of Latin Culture through live music, street performances, food, art, and so much more! No matter what your background is, there is something fun to explore at CULTURA! This inclusive event is designed to celebrate a wide range of diverse cultural expressions. To some, it feels like coming home... to others, it is a destination for exploration. What to expect at this FREE Latin culture festival? Enjoy CULTURA throughout Downtown Lawrenceville with a special Fiesta del Barrio on the square featuring DJs, street performances, live music, and a Cantina Crawl with special featured cocktails and tapas. Get down to the Lawrenceville Lawn for an energetic live music lineup, a maker’s market featuring local Latin artists and curators, and a Zona de Comidas featuring a variety of savory and sweet Latin treats. After the concert at the Lawn ends, the audience is invited to join a Carnivale-inspired street parade with costumed performers which leads from the Lawn to Fiesta del Barrio (on the square) for more live music and dancing!

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.)  We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol. Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.  Vendors looking to use power must select to pay the Electricity Fee before submitting their application. Only vendors who request and pay for electricity will be considered for it. However, power is not guaranteed for any of our events and if you are approved without access to electricity we will not process that part of your payment.  The City of Lawrenceville's events are always packed full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not have the ability to adjust your placement during the event.  Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival. The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.
