Welcome to the Miami Cookout 2024! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please note, the rates shown here are early bird rates and will expire on Septemeber 13th. New vending rates will apply on September 14, 2024.
About the event
The Miami Cookout is a vibrant summer, foodie family event inspired by the rich traditions of deep southern summer cookouts and brought to you by 103.5 the Beat and Justvote.com. It's a celebration of delicious food, lively entertainment, and community spirit, perfect for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories.
Terms & Conditions
- All accepted vendors must be in full compliance with both City and Couty regulations.
- Vendor load in will begin at 11 am and will conclude at 2 pm.
- There will be no load in allowed after 2 pm for any reason.
- This is a rain or shine event. All deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable.
- Once load is complete, all personal vehicles are required to park at the Trinity Church parking lot located at 12685 NW 7th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33168.
- All tents must be weighted and secured. No spikes are allowed.
- Vendors are responsible for their own power source, lighting and water.
- Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs.
