About the application
Acceptance:
Dealers will be chosen based on what they sell, and if it fits the theme of our convention. The variety of goods and supply of specialty products will be taken into consideration during the acceptance processes.
Dealers are NOT authorized to sell fan art.
We do research every dealer that applies to Hazard Con. If you are known for selling bootlegs, or partaking in other illegal activities, it will affect your acceptance.
Every regular dealer space (10x10) is provided:
- 2 Vendor badges (Can purchase 1 additional badge at $20)
- 1 Six foot table (NO skirting)
- 2 Chairs (1 additional chair with the additional badge)
Every double dealer space (10x20) is provided:
- 3 Vendor badges (Can purchase 1 additional badge at $20)
- 2 Six foot tables (NO skirting)
- 3 Chairs (1 additional chair with the additional badge)
