Terms & Conditions

Application Approval: All applications will be reviewed, and selected vendors will be notified. We reserve the right to decline applications to avoid duplicate vendors.
Payment: Payment details will be provided upon approval. All fees are non-refundable.
Set-Up and Tear-Down: Vendors must set up between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM and must remain until the event ends at 6:00 PM. Early tear-down is not permitted.
Product Restrictions: Vendors must adhere to the accepted categories. Unauthorized products will not be allowed.
Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for maintaining and cleaning their space throughout and after the event.
Liability: The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance.
Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local laws, including health and safety regulations.
