Although the festival is FREE (donations are totally welcome!), we kindly ask you to swing by tinyurl.com/mbjazzfest to snag your general admission tickets. It’s not a must, but it sure helps us gather some snazzy data. A portion of the funds raised from these donations will aid victims of Hurricane Helene through Samaritan's Purse. Festival Prohibit Items: Weapons and explosives: Firearms, knives, tasers, pepper spray, and other weapons Drugs and drug paraphernalia: Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and nitrous oxide Outside food and drinks: Alcohol, food, and drinks, including unopened water bottles Professional equipment: Professional cameras, video equipment, and audio recording equipment Tents and canopies: Tents, canopies, and shade structures Personal vehicles: Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, wagons, carts, and other personal motorized vehicles Unauthorized items: Unauthorized soliciting, advertising, handbills, posters, product sampling, giveaways, and unauthorized vendors Animals: Pets, except service animals Glass: Glass containers and glass of any kind Other prohibited items: Fireworks, kites, coolers, laser pointers, backpacks, and framed backpacks We search bags for contraband, and may deny entry to anyone or item we deem dangerous

Please Note: Thursday, October 17th, vendors could begin set up after 3pm until 7pm. Festival times are subject to change. Gates open to the public 2 hours prior to festival start time. 
Free Event, however, donations are accepted at the gate or online at www.MyrtleBeachJazzFest.com 
Music, Entertainment, and Arts · Anticipated attendance 5500+  This event will occur rain or shine! Be prepared for inclement weather. 
Exhibitors/Vendors may forfeit pre-assigned booth location and re-assigned another location, if not present at least 1 hour before the end of set up.  Vehicles are not permitted on festival grounds after set up time -NO Exceptions-. 
Exhibitors/Vendors may begin breakdown 1 hour prior to festival closing nightly. 
PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE APPLICATION, IF TIMES WILL NOT WORK FOR THE Exhibitors/Vendors. 
Please complete Exhibitors/Vendors registration form entirely. 
All Exhibitors/Vendors payments and/or fees are non-refundable. 
Management will provide a map with directions for entry and exit to festival ground, and booth space several days prior to the event.  Exhibitors/Vendors must provide tents, tables, chairs, electricity, etc. No Exceptions. 
All applicants must submit a picture of Exhibitors/Vendors booth, menu items and adhere to the menu items. 
Exhibitors/Vendors are prohibited from sells or offering of any type of drink pouches, pineapples, wine, spirits or alcoholic beverages. 
Exhibitors/Vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance. 
Exhibitors/Vendors assumes all risk of any items loss. Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items/goods at any time. Vendors are expected to comply with all rules and regulations of the Myrtle Beach Police Department, Myrtle Beach Fire Department, South Carolina DHEC, and etc. PLEASE EXPECT FOOD AND EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS 2 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT START TIME. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If serving food or beverages, Vendors may be required to have an hospitality account to participate. Please complete the "Hospitality Account Application" (HAA). If Exhibitors/Vendors possess a City of Myrtle Beach business license they are not required to complete the HAA, however, if Vendors do not possess a City of Myrtle Beach Business License they are required to complete and submit the HAA to the City of Myrtle Beach. Please submit the (HAA) Hospitality Account Application, at least fourteen days in ADVANCE to the City of Myrtle Beach Financial Services Department. They can be reached at 843-918- 1200.
