About the event

Bring the family and join us in Downtown Lawrenceville for a movie under the stars! Food trucks will be onsite with convenient treats for sale. Registration information will be announced on Monday prior to the event date. To ensure safety, registration is required and attendance will be limited. Please be aware that there is a high level of interest in City events. During the registration process, placing tickets in a cart does not guarantee ticket availability until the transaction is complete.

About the application

This month's movie will be Pursuit of Happyness. The movie will be shown on August 27th, 2021. All vendors must be able to commit to being on-site and set up no later than 5:30 PM. If you would like to participate in our event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators. You will only be sent event-specific details once approved.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ - Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.) - Vendors must wear gloves and mask, in addition to keeping their work areas clean - Vendors must separate cash, product handling, and ensure regular and proper handwashing - Vendors must provide hand sanitizer at their booth - We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol.

Prices

Vendor Security Deposit $25 To secure your spot, you will be charged a $25 security fee, which will be refunded after the event if you have adhered to all of the event guidelines.
