About the application

We are excited to announce our new Creators’ Corner, this is a unique month-long pop-up hosted at the Art & Culture Center (ACC). Scheduled to take place every weekend, Creators’ Corner offers a dedicated space for local artisans and entrepreneurs to present their crafts and products, fostering a vibrant community of creators and consumers alike. 
·                  Location: Art & Culture Center (ACC) 
·                  Duration: Every weekend for one month (Saturday and Sunday) 
·                  Operating Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 12-6 on Saturdays 
Space Utilization The entire ACC space will be transformed into a welcoming and efficient shopping environment, accommodating both vendors and customers for an optimal experience. 
Pricing Options Vendors have the flexibility to choose from the following pricing models for the month-long stay: 
·                  Shared Space Pricing: Vendors can share space with a base rate of $250 and 20% of sales for the entire month, granting access to the space every weekend. 
·                  Entire Space Pricing: For vendors desiring exclusive use of the space, a base rate of $500 and 20% of sales for the entire month is available, providing access to the space every weekend. 
 
For vendors choosing the Shared Space Pricing, we will schedule your specific weekends/days to exhibit at the Creators’ Corner. It is essential to adhere to this schedule to ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for all. 
 
Vendor Attendance Vendors are expected to be present each weekend for their pop-up openings. If unable to attend, a stand-in can be provided at a rate of $15 per hour to manage the space. 
 
No-Show Policy: Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Late notifications, less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, will incur a No-Show fee of $100. 
 
 This month-long pop-up shop initiative at the ACC presents a remarkable opportunity for vendors to engage with the community, enhance brand exposure, and drive sales. We are dedicated to orchestrating a successful and memorable event.

Terms & Conditions

VENDOR/SPONSOR DUPLICATION POLICY: Avalon Park Group Commercial Tenants retain the right of first refusal to be the exclusive vendor/sponsor in their category. The Event Manager can deny any vendor based on duplication or perceived duplication of a service or product with one of our commercial tenants. Please note, that if vendor/sponsor is not accepted due to requirements, a new application may be submitted with changes.  NON-SMOKING: All Avalon Park events are NON-SMOKING.  No smoking will be allowed inside of the event area at any time.  
 
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions as indicated on this application and contract. I agree to sell only those items as listed. If I change/add a new category or merchandise, I must submit a request to the promoter. Any vendor/sponsor that does not comply with the rules and regulations will not be invited to return.
