Vendor Types:

Album/Merch Vendors: Sells official Kpop merchandise such as albums, season"s greetings, lightsticks, concert DVDs, etc.

Fan Vendor: Sells items from your own brand.

*Official Merchandise is not permitted to be sold by Fan vendors with the exception of photocards.

*We will not accept any vendors that attempt to mimic or replicate official tour merch (ie. Tour logo on front of shirt with tour dates on back). You will be banned.

About the event

Get ready Atiny! We"re throwing a very special convention just for you!! Chill in the air conditioning and make new friends while you gear up for the concert. Couldn"t snag concert tickets? Come find a shoulder to cry on and grab some emotional support boba. It’s all going down at the Gas South Convention Center just steps away from the Arena.

Terms & Conditions

‍1. Booths are expected to be manned throughout vendor hall hours 11:00am - 5:30pm and may not be dismantled prior to this without authorization. Kpop Mini Con will not be held responsible for any issues arising from an unmanned booth during show hours.

2. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, and will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, injury, or damage to themselves or their property. All exhibitors agree to hold blameless Kpop MIni Con and all Kpop Mini Con staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said exhibitors participation in Kpop Mini Con.

3. Kpop Mini Con does not endorse any exhibitor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All merchandise bought or sold at Kpop Mini Con is done strictly between exhibitors and attendees, Kpop Mini Con is NOT responsible in any way for any transactions made between vendors and attendees

4.Non album/merch vendors agree to not sell any albums, lightsticks, dvds, seasons greetings, or other official merch (opened or unopened) other than photocards. If you are found selling these items and you are not an approved album/merch vendor you will be asked to leave.

5. No Vaping Pen, Vape, Tobacco, or Fire Arms are not allowed to be sold. Items that attempt to replicate Ateez"s official tour merch are not allowed to be sold. If you are found selling these items you will be asked to leave and banned.

6. For those selling adult materials, they must be covered or behind the table. If showcased on the table or display rack, materials must be bagged or covered so that minors may not open it. Vendors agree not to sell any adult materials to minors. Violating this rule is cause for immediate dismissal from the show with no refund, and being banned from any future events.

7. State tax is the responsibility of the vendor to collect according to state laws.

8. No exhibit may block or interfere with other vendors or aisle space. Any damage caused to the building or its furnishings by the Vendor is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.

9. Should you (the vendor) find that you are not able to attend Kpop Mini Con and have already paid for your space, the policy is as follows: All sales are final for all booth purchases and, therefore, non-refundable. However, you can opt to vend at another K-pop Minicon event with no additional charge.

10. Abandoned Property: Any property not removed from the Gas South Convention Center that has not been claimed within forty-eight (48) hours following the end of the event will be considered abandoned.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final for all booth purchases and, therefore, non-refundable. All booths are non-transferable. This also includes all badges. Payments are not required for general submission prior to approval. Only approved applicants will receive purchase links for booths/tables and badges.

Although this is a convention for Atiny to celebrate the concert, we will not accept any official tour merch replica attempts. If your items in any way attempt to mimic official tour merch you will be asked to leave.
Submission does not guarantee approval. On the following screen you will be asked for your card information; However, your card will not be charged. Inputting this information simply holds your spot until we've reviewed your application. Upon approval you will be sent an invoice link from Eventeny to pay your vendor fee. Due to the number of applications, only those that have been approved or waitlisted will be contacted. Please check the box indicating you've read and understand this statement
