Event Information:OktoberFest will be held on Saturday, September 28th outside at the Big Canoe Resort in Jasper, Ga.Event time will be Saturday, September 28th from 11AM-3PM. Makers and artisans are expected to be staffing their booth during all shopping hours. This is a 100% outdoor event.Load-in will be Saturday, September 28th, starting at 6 a.m. Vendors must be set up by 10:30 a.m. ————————————————————————————————————————————————
What is OktoberFest?OktoberFest t is an annual event in Big Canoe hosted by Big Canoe and Black Sheep Promotions. This is our first year providing the vendors for this event continues to grow. Last year this event drew thousands of people and we fully expect to exceed that number this year. 
————————————————————————————————————————————————-Should I Apply?If you're a maker, artisan, picker, baker, junker, or creator, then you are potentially a good fit for OktoberFest. Every vendor must be cash and carry. Meaning you must have product on hand to sell at the market. 
————————————————————————————————————————————————  What is the process of applying: Please complete the vendor application, make the $10 vendor application fee and you will be notified within 5 days if you been accepted. 

Black Sheep Promotions is excited to be partnering with Big Canoe, a private community in Jasper, Ga. for their annual Oktoberfest! This event is a one of a kind private party for the residents of Big Canoe and trust us when we say, it is a party!

Please note: Once an application has been submitted and accepted, there will be no refunds issued for any reason. By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read the terms and conditions of this application and does hereby release and discharge Black Sheep Events, LLC and Big Canoe, its agents, representatives and/or employees from all claims, actions or causes of actions, in law or equity, in any way related to any loss or damage to the undersigned or undersigned’s property. The undersigned has read and agrees to the terms in this complete application. Black Sheep Events has the right to refuse participation for any reason at any time.
