• Sponsors should be commercial businesses that align with the vision and pillars of Pearland Parks & Recreation. 
• Quality and uniqueness of products/services.
• Alignment with event themes and guidelines.
• Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Sponsorship Benefits: 

• Logo placement on 3 ft x 7 ft bike rack prominently displayed with visibility to 10,000 + attendees 

Application Process: 
Please submit this application by Friday, June 17, 2024. Applications are reviewed and evaluated based on the criteria as outlined above.  Applications will be reviewed and confirmed within 5 business days from submission.

This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application, you are validating and approving the below terms and conditions. 
 The City of Pearland is not responsible for errors in any advertisement due to errors in ad copy or artwork furnished by the advertiser.  In the event of any error in any advertisement not caused by errors in ad copy or artwork furnished by the advertiser, the liability of the City of Pearland shall be limited to the return of any charges paid by the advertiser to the City of Pearland. Sponsors/Advertisers and agencies representing the advertiser assume liability for all ad contents, text, photos, illustrations, representations, and advertisements printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from or made against the City of Pearland. The City of Pearland reserves the right to reject any advertising which is not keeping with the sponsorship policy or those of the City of Pearland. The Sponsor/Advertiser agrees to honor any offers specified in its advertisement as per its terms and conditions. The advertiser assumes full responsibility that advertiser’s advertisement, business operations, services and products comply with all applicable laws. Submission of materials is the responsibility of the advertiser. Electronic files will be accepted in PNG or JPEG format. Copy of artwork must be provided with submission of application. Banner will be installed prior to the event and removed after the end of the event. If the event is cancelled, the applicant may select a future event(s) to display their Sponsor Banner.  ACKNOWLEDGED AND AGREED TO on behalf of City and Sponsor as of the Effective Date of application.
