About the event

Berries & Brews will have a limited number of booth spaces available to you as well! If you would like to participate in this event, we invite you to apply online. We will process applications as quickly as possible as the market is approaching soon! ​ We will accept Kentucky crafted wineries and breweries, wood crafters, painters, jewelry makers, potters, quilt makers and all other types of artist/crafts people. The owners of the Wildside are lovers of all things hand crafted and hope to host you! ​ We will also accept a variety of food vendors. Each category of food will be limited to one vendor, so apply soon to get your spot! ​ Booth spaces are only $100 each. If we are unable to accommodate you at the market, refunds will be provided in the amount of $90. This allow us to cover cost of time, effort and credit card processing fees. ​ Questions? Terms & Conditions

Event Details:
The Berries & Brews event will take place at Wildside Winery on August 24th, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The event will proceed rain or shine. Vendors are expected to be prepared for all weather conditions.
Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendors are responsible for their own belongings brought onto the event premises.
Vendors must maintain cleanliness and orderliness of their vending area throughout the duration of the event.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance required for their products or services.
Vendor Setup and Operation:
Vendors must arrive at the event site no later than 10:00 AM on August 24th, 2024, for setup.
Each vendor will be provided with a designated vending area. Vendors must confine their operations to this area.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies for their booth setup.
Product and Service Guidelines:
Vendors must ensure that all products and services offered comply with local laws and regulations.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to request the removal of any products or services deemed inappropriate or incompatible with the event's theme.
Sales and Transactions:
Vendors are solely responsible for all sales transactions conducted during the event.
Wildside Winery will not be involved in any financial transactions between vendors and event attendees.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a vendor needs to cancel their participation, they must notify Wildside Winery in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund of any fees paid.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
Liability:
Wildside Winery will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or liability incurred by vendors or their representatives during the event.
Vendors participate in the event at their own risk.
Indemnification:
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wildside Winery, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event.
Agreement:
By submitting an application to vend at the Wildside Winery Berries & Brews event, vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $100 Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
10x20 Booth $200
