Please note the following terms you agree to by purchasing space at PalmCon: Treasure Coast 2024 - Exhibitors must comply with all local, state and federal laws, and will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. All exhibitors agree to hold blameless the Mid-Florida Event Center, Cosmic Times Media Group, PalmCon and all PalmCon staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said exhibitors participation in PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024. The exhibitor is responsible for their own security during show hours. All tables MUST be manned during show hours and the tables/displays must remain intact. You will not be allowed to breakdown prior to the end of the show nor will be allowed to load-out. If you break down prior to the end of the show (without special permission) you may be banned from attending future events hosted by the Cosmic Times Media Group and/or PalmCon. No display or exhibit may extend beyond the space allotted to the exhibitor by PalmCon or the Mid-Florida Event Center. The blocking of the aisle, exits, or other exhibitor space will not be allowed. PalmCon will not be held liable for damages caused to the building or its furnishings by an exhibitor. Repairs or reimbursement will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. You will NOT be issued additional passes/badges for the show! Additional passes/badges can be purchased from PalmCon. Reselling of passes/badges will not be tolerated; doing so is a violation of your agreement and may result in your expulsion from PalmCon with no recourse or reimbursement. The exhibitor is 100% responsible for their vehicle. All merchandise bought and sold at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 is done strictly between the exhibitors and purchaser, PalmCon is not responsible in anyway for any transactions made. Any taxes that need to be paid are strictly the responsibility of the exhibitor. Absolutely no vape, tobacco, or any type of smoking sales or paraphernalia are allowed. We do not encourage smoking of any kind. If you sell vape, tobacco, or any type of smoking items or paraphernalia at the show you will be asked to leave, with no refund given and you may be banned from attending future events hosted by the Cosmic Times Media Group and/or PalmCon. Any material that can be deemed “adult” in nature must not be displayed on tables. PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 is a family friendly environment and the selling or display of such material to or in front of a minor will NOT BE TOLERATED. Violating this rule will result in your immediate expulsion from PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 with no recourse or reimbursement and you WILL BE banned from attending future events hosted by the Cosmic Times Media Group and/or PalmCon. Nudity is NOT allowed at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 under any circumstances. Violating this rule will result in your immediate expulsion from PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 with no recourse or reimbursement and you WILL BE banned from attending future events hosted by the Cosmic Times Media Group and/or PalmCon. The selling of AI generated artwork will not be permitted. State tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect according to state laws. Should you (the exhibitor) find that you are not able to attend PalmCon: Treasure Coast after purchasing a booth or table a full refund will be issued (minus a $25 cancellation fee) prior to August 1st 2024. After August 1st 2024 NO refunds will be issued. Any property not removed from the Mid-Florida Event Center that has not been claimed within 24 hours following the end of PalmCon: Treasure Coast - Sunday November 17th will be considered abandoned by the Exhibitor. If you are exhibiting at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 you may give out flyers (or any promotional items) from YOUR booth or table only! You may not walk the isles and hand out flyers (without special permission) if spotted you will be asked to stop, if you refuse you may be ejected from PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 with no refund. If you’re NOT exhibiting and you are handing out flyers (or any promotional items) on the showroom floor or lobby or parking area (this includes placing flyers on the windows of cars) you WILL BE ejected from PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 with no refund (unless you have been granted special permission). There will be an area in the lobby to place your flyers (or any promotional items) on, if you are exhibiting at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 you are welcome to place your flyers on this table, if you are not exhibiting at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 you may place your flyers on this table – however they may be removed and disposed of at the discretion of the PalmCon staff or the Mid-Florida Event Center staff. You agree that PalmCon can add your contact information into our email database to receive updates on future shows. By attending PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2024 as an exhibitor you acknowledge and agree to grant PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC the right at the event to photograph or capture your likeness and/or the likeness of your minor children for use on social media and print advertisement without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC includes, but is not limited to the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media. PalmCon reserves the right to change, amend, and add to the rules and regulations of the show at anytime. In the event that any new rules are added that prevent you from selling your core product, you will be notified and refunded in full. Assignment of space will be by show management. We will try to accommodate as many special requests as possible but cannot guarantee where you will be located.
