LIABILITY.  You accept all responsibility of selling during the time that I am at the Kitokos /Empower Me events group . You are fully accountable and responsible for all activity that happens in the event space provided by Kitokos /Empower Me Events group . PHOTO RELEASE:  I grant permission and consent to Kitokos/ Empower Me event for the use of the photographs and videos taken on the date of the events for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: Publicity, copyright, illustration, advertising, and web content.
 
 DAMAGES: Vendor fee is non refundable. EVENTS DATE ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Display items ( DISPLAYS MUST BE 6 FEET TALL OR LESS  ) All signs are to be professionally printed. You are not allowed to hang/tape(command strip) anything on the walls. You are responsible for any damage incurred in your space.  Please have your space inspected before you leave.
