In the event that the festival is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19, teams will have the option of receiving a refund (by check - minus a $10 credit card processing fee, if applicable) or applying their fee to the rescheduled date or next year's festival. Teams will be notified of cancellation or postponement as soon as possible
