About the application

Welcome to the J-Town Jingle Fest! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions.  This event is produced ArtSpark Productions. ( 
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 
From time to time, we have customers who have been to one of our shows and ask us about vendor information for something they saw and want to purchase or purchase additional items.
With this new application, you will be able to set up your online marketplace to sell your craft online, FREE of Charge!
Need help setting up?
No problem! The Eventeny website has multiple ways to show you how easy to set up your online business. 
                             ONLY HANDMADE ITEMS ALLOWED!
However, we will allow a few direct sales if your items are not in direct competition with a handmade artisan. 
To ensure a variety of vendor offerings, we will limit the number of categories of art mediums/food.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
1. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made. 
2. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, etc. 
3. Please keep your items within your booth space.
4. No sales are permitted outside your space.
5. Booth spaces will be first come, first serve basis, unless sponsor space is reserved.
6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
7.Setup is between 7:00 am – 9:45 am Saturday morning.  Vehicles, trailers, etc must be move to the parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm
8. No music allowed except approved by show management.
9: There are a few areas in the building that have electric outlets. Please notate on your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you.  Generators are not allowed. Unless you are a food vendor outside. 
11. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
12. Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from refund.
No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows. 
                                     Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
