About the application

Hello Sugartown Festival 2024 applicants!
 
The Sugartown Festival is Crockett’s largest annual event, and it gets bigger and better each year, drawing crowds estimated between 4,000 - 7,000 enthusiastic attendees throughout the day.
 
The 15th Annual Sugartown Festival will be held, rain or shine on Sunday, July 21, 2024, from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm. Rolph Avenue will be closed off for everyone to safely enjoy the food, music, shopping, and other activities. There will be live entertainment on stage.

Food vendors must comply with applicable Contra Costa County Environmental Health Divisions Requirements. Your booth will be inspected the morning of the Festival, before the Festival opens, by a representative from the Health Department.
 
  • Food booth check in time / set up time: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
  • Food trucks MUST ARRIVE by 8:00 a.m.
  • Booths are expected to be operating continuously from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Booths may not be broken down before 6:00 p.m.
  • Commercial Booth spaces are 10 x 10.
  • Food Booth spaces are 10 x 20.
  • All vendor spaces will be outdoors.
  • Electricity is not available.
  • Booth spaces must be left clean.
Non-Food Booth fees and Food Booths are non-refundable after July 1, 2024. A cancellation request from the vendor must be submitted in writing to the address above or via email to Sugartownfestival@gmail.com.

Food Vendor Space - 20 x 10 - Crockett Chamber Members $300 Food booth check in time / set up time: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.. Booths are expected to be operating continuously from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Booths may not be broken down before 6:00 p.m. Food Booth spaces are 10 x 20. All vendor spaces will be outdoors. Electricity is not available. Booth spaces must be left clean. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. Instructions to follow when approved.

Mobile Food Vehicles $350 This is for Contra Costa County Licensed Mobile Food Vehicles only. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. Instructions to follow when approved.
Mobile Food Vehicle - Crockett Chamber Member Only $320 Must be an active 2024 Crockett Chamber of Commerce member. CCC Licensed Mobile Food Vehicles must provide a copy of a valid permit. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. Instructions to follow when approved.
Veteran Exempt Food Vendor $250 Veterans must provide a copy of the DD214 ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. Instructions to follow when approved.
Snack Vendor $250 This is for snack foods only such as beverages, popcorn, and packaged goods. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. Instructions to follow when approved.
Non-Profit Food Vendor (Non-Chamber Member) $250 Non-Profits must provide proof of the non-profit 501C3 status, such as a copy of the official IRS confirmation or confirmation pending letter. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. Instructions to follow when approved.
Non-Profit Food Vendor (Chamber Member) $150 Non-Profits must provide proof of the non-profit 501C3 status, such as a copy of the official IRS confirmation or confirmation pending letter. For Active 2024 Crockett Chamber of Commerce members. ALL VENDORS MUST INCLUDE A $50 refundable street cleaning deposit / Please pay deposit separately. Instructions to follow when approved.
