(info@artsparkproductions.com) WE ARE ASKING FOR A $200 DEPOSIT TO ENSURE THAT WE WILL HAVE FOOD OFFERINGS FOR OUR ARTISANS AND GUESTS. NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS, LEAVING EARLY OR CANCILLATION WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE EVENT! YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU WITHIN FIVE DAYS FROM THE EVENT COMPLETION. About the event

We are so excited to announce our 4th Annual Christmas Gift Show at the Shelbyville Conference and Welcome Center on November 23rd! 10-3 FREE ADMISSION! Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be in the lobby greeting everyone with a beautiful backdrop for free holiday photos. As we are restricting the number allowed for each type of medium, craft and category, to allow a wide variety available to the public. We will allow direct sales if it does not directly compete with a handmade artisan.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.1. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made. 2. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, etc. 3. Please keep your items within your booth space.4. No sales are permitted outside your space.5. Booth spaces will be first come, first served basis, unless sponsor space is reserved.6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.7.Setup is between 7:00 am – 9:45 am Saturday morning. Vehicles, trailers, etc must be move to the parking lot by 8:45 am. Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm8. No music allowed except approved by show management.9: There are a few areas in the building that have electric outlets. Please put in your description if needed and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Generators are not allowed. Unless you are a food vendor outside. 11. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.12. Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from refund.
No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows. Now onto the legal stuff...By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
