About the event

We are so excited to announce our 4th Annual Christmas Gift Show at the Shelbyville Conference and Welcome Center on November 23rd! 10-3 FREE ADMISSION! Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be in the lobby greeting everyone with a beautiful backdrop for free holiday photos. As we are restricting the number allowed for each type of medium, craft and category, to allow a wide variety available to the public. We will allow direct sales if it does not directly compete with a handmade artisan.

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your contract, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category/type of art and craft to the show.
 Approval will be based on the following criteria:
      Past participation of an ArtSpark produced event.
      We are looking for a wide variety of art and craft that will                      appeal to a wide variety of audiences.
      Timing of application will be considered.      
This selection process means each artisan will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from. 
Please understand, we may accept two or more of the same type of art or craft. For example, tumblers, if the applications states that they offer more than just tumblers, such as home decor or jewelry, they can be accepted along with an artisan selling only tumblers.  
Please state everything that you will be selling for the show.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
1. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made. 
2. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Tents must be secured using tie-downs or weights.
3. Please keep your items within your booth space.
4. No sales are permitted outside your space.
5. We will be distributing $5.00 to $25.00 coupons to the first 25-50 patrons that visit our show.  When one is presented, please discount their purchase and hold on to the coupons.  I will be visiting each booth and will reimburse you in cash for each coupon you collect.  These will be numbered and initialed by me.
6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
7.Setup is between 8:00 am – 9:45 am Saturday morning.  Vehicles, trailers, etc must be move to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm.
8. No music allowed except approved by show management.
9. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors, you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
10. Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from refund.
No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows. 
                                     Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.

10 X 10 Booth space - Front Lobby SOLD OUT (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable
10 X 10 booth on concrete patio $50 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This is a 10' x 10' outdoor booth on the concrete patio that is connected to the building. There will be three entrances from the convention center, plus an outdoor entrance. Your booth will be facing these entrances. We will have information on the large TV screens in the hall informing patrons of this additional shopping area. You can reserve now, if the weather is too cold, will refund your booth space fee. However, we cannot guarantee a space inside.
