It is a market place to support businesses from different categories: Artist,, Craftsman, Arts, Photography, Bags, Makeup, Bakery, Clothing, Decor, Furniture, Jewelry, toys, pets, others, you are welcome! We encourage anyone who supports or provides services to independent artists or small businesses to apply to be a vendor! You will have the opportunity to host a virtual booth that will be visible and accessible to these key demographics (this event is open nationwide) who are likely to visit this page. We successfully presented the HALLOWEEN WEEK "Online Fair 3Color Program", We've again chosen the Eventeny platform because it's the best for entrepreneur sales. On it, you construct a store page with all the items you wish to sell along with price, description, dimensions and other information, also add videos, photos, your logo, etc. All sales go through Eventeny. If you wish to join us, there is a registration fee for marketing expenses and Eventeny platform costs. You’ll only need to pay this fee once for this event. In addition, Eventeny charges a 5% transaction fee plus ~2.9% credit card fee + 30 cents per item sold (approximate charges). INCLUDED: • Unlimited images and videos. Your own promo area to present your photos and your video (if you wish) to customers. • A link to your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter site. • Bulk image upload avoiding that tedious one-at-at-time process. • Chat with attendees or they can make an appointment to chat with you (use the Eventeny message option or share your zoom link). • Buy many items and pay one time. Eventeny analytics show that 78% of virtual attendees buy from multiple artists in 1 transaction. • Your own store where you can upload images of your work along with their prices, dimensions and shipping information. • Payments are processed through Stripe. It is hosted on Amazon servers for state-of-the-art support. • Maybe best of all, once you build your store page, you can participate in any festival you want or if you have already participated in an fair/festival on Eventeny's platform then it rolls to Halloween Week "Online fair 3Color", no work on your part! Submission of this form does not guarantee participation and all requests will be reviewed by the organizer prior to confirmation. All terms and conditions under Eventeny's hosting platform apply. 1. Exhibitor agrees to set up an online booth (store) that is open for sales to customers visiting the online market. Exhibitor also agrees not to sublet or apportion to anyone else said booth (store). 2. Exhibitor agrees that if accepted by organizer into the HALLOWEEN WEEK "Online Fair 3Color Program" that organizer is under no obligation to rent space to Exhibitor in future shows or future years. 3. Insurance, if desired by Exhibitor, must be obtained by him or her at their own expense. The organizer assumes no risk; and by the acceptance of this agreement, the Exhibitor expressly releases the organizer of and from any and all liability for any damage, injury, theft, or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental and occupation of said virtual booth by the Exhibitor. 4. The organizer will not be liable for refunds or any other liabilities for the failure to produce the Fair due to reasons of the virtual platform performance destroyed by calamity, or by any act of God, public enemy, strikes, statutes, ordinances, or any legal authority, or any other cause beyond the organizer’s control. 6. Exhibitor is responsible for collecting and paying all sales taxes. 7. Refunds: No refunds given. 8. The Exhibitor is responsible to bring an excellent services to all the people who contact his/her booth (store) during this event.
