About the application

Thank you for considering participation at the Rome Pride Market, scheduled for June 29th at Ridge Ferry Park.

This application caters to small businesses aiming to showcase their businesses and services within a 10' x 20' vendor space. This opportunity is ideal for businesses ready to engage directly with the queer community. We require you to supply your own tent, tables, and chairs to craft a welcoming and branded environment.

This year's vendor theme is, “You’ve got a friend in me” as local businesses, corporations and companies should be equipped to express unity and inclusivity of their business and the work they are doing to build opportunities for all. We encourage you to decorate your space with creativity and pride towards this theme. The most imaginative and thematic commercial spaces will not only captivate attendees but also compete in our decoration contests for both the best-decorated vendor table and tent. Winners will be awarded a gift basket filled with Pride merchandise, celebrating the spirit of the festival.

Businesses are also invited to perform live demonstrations or interactive presentations to showcase their services as well as Pride themed free merchandise with their company’s branding, creating memorable experiences for attendees.

The market will open Saturday after the march and run into the evening. Vendors are expected to ensure adequate stock is available from the start of the day through the end of the day. Please be advised that early pack-up is not permitted, and we anticipate welcoming over 3,000 attendees.

As a gesture of community support, your participation fee will contribute to the non-profit goals of our event, helping to maintain free access for all attendees. A receipt for tax deduction purposes can be provided upon request. Please be aware, refunds are not available for absences, cancellations, or failure to set up in the allocated time.

Small business vendors must align with the family-friendly values of Rome Georgia Pride, ensuring all displayed materials and interactions are suitable for audiences under the age of 18.

We eagerly anticipate your creative and engaging presentations within your 10' x 20' space. Remember, the responsibility for providing tents, tables, and chairs lies with each vendor, allowing full customization and branding of your area.
