Welcome to our vendor application! This is the first step in joining our One Year Anniversary of Coteriè! The Coteriè LA is a shop small marketplace located in the beautiful San Fernando Valley. About the application

Welcome to our vendor application! This is the first step in joining our One Year Anniversary of Coteriè pop up market! 
 
The Coteriè LA is a shop small marketplace located in the beautiful San Fernando Valley. Our goal is to curate a space where guests of all ages can stop by for a good time and make it a fun-filled day with networking, shopping, food/drinks, and more!

Venue Details:
This is an outdoor event. Each vendor will have a 10x10 space. The parking lot does have outdoor lighting; however, please feel free to provide additional lighting for your booth. 
If power is needed, please provide a personal generator. 
 

Terms & Conditions

This is only an inquiry/application for The Coteriè LA's pop-up market. This application does not guarantee you a spot. We are only able to select a few vendors per category.
 
ACCEPTANCE INFO:
You will receive an email within 1-2 weeks if you have been accepted with further instructions. You will only be contacted by us if you have been accepted. Acceptance is not guaranteed, even if you are a returning vendor. 
 
If you don't receive a response please apply for our next market once announced. 
 
By applying to be a vendor, you consent to being added to our mailing list (info@coteriela.com). You will receive updates about event announcements, application openings, and more!
 
VENDOR AGREEMENT/FEE: You must sign our Vendor Agreement and pay your non-refundable vendor fee within 72 hours of receiving an acceptance email. 
 
PAYMENT: By becoming a vendor and submitting this application and accepting the terms and conditions, you authorize us to charge the card on file to cover applicable fees and dues within 72 hours of approval.
 
If you encounter any scheduling conflicts or inconveniences related to your application date, please inform us as soon as possible (at least 72 hours before approval) to withdraw your application. This will prevent any charges to your card on file.  
 
Failure to make payment by the date given in that email can result in your spot being given to another vendor.
 
You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending dates.
 
LOADING, SET-UP, AND BREAKDOWN:
All vendors are responsible for their entire loading, setup, & breakdown (this includes tents, tables, chairs, generators, power, lighting, trash, etc.). Free on-site parking is available for vendors. More details about this will be sent upon acceptance.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
 
Vendor fees are non-refundable/non-transferable except in the event of an emergency.
 
In the event of vendor cancellations, vendors are allowed to transfer their fees to ONE of the next two specifically scheduled pop-up events. 
 
Cancellations within a reasonable timeframe are encouraged. Informal cancellations may not be considered for fee transfer. By participating in our pop-up events, vendors acknowledge and agree to adhere to these cancellation terms.

Prices

Umbrella Space (6x6 max) $85 Non-refundable This space is designed for vendors who do not need a full 10x10 booth space. Umbrellas are provided by the vendors, and will be allowed space up to 6x6. Ideal for vendors who set up is 1-2 tables.
10x10 Retail Booth Space $125 Non-refundable The booth price covers a single 10x10 booth space - this includes anything within your set-up. If a bigger space is needed, please reach out for additional info and further approval.
10x10 (On-site) Food Space $125 Non-refundable All food vendors using generators, propane, hot plates, food warmers, etc. must have at least one Class K fire extinguisher in working condition present at their booth at all times. All food, pastry, and/or beverage vendors must have first aid kits as well as a valid food handlers certification present at their booth at all times. No glass containers or vessels are permitted to be served to customers.
Food Truck $150 Non-refundable Please make sure all certifications and permits are up to date when submitted.
