Welcome to the Art Vendor application for the RnB Soul Picnic that will be held Saturday, June 15th 2024!!! We're thrilled to invite visual artists like you to showcase your talent at our event. Leaving the festival early is not permitted.

The RnB Soul Picnic is thrilled to announce it's next stop on it's tour, HIGH POINT, NORTH CAROLINA. Experience a soul healing, mental health festival aimed at providing a healthy outlet, involving community leaders, and bringing families together through soul and R&B music. Terms & Conditions

1. Event Details: The RnB Soul Picnic is an outdoor event held rain or shine in High Point, North Carolina at Oak Hollow Festival Park.      Please note that this event will be held during the month of June in North Carolina, where temperatures can range from 80 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure a successful and comfortable event experience, we urge all vendors to come prepared with necessary materials such as tents, chairs, sunglasses, visors, sunscreen, bug spray, water, snacks, and fans. As vending hours for this event are extensive, our priority is to ensure the comfort and happiness of all vendors throughout the event. 2. Vendor Responsibilities: Accepted vendors are required to provide their own tents, chairs, and tables for their booth setup. Additionally, vendors must bring their own battery-operated lights to illuminate their booths during evening hours. While the type of lights is at the vendor's discretion, it is mandatory to have some time of lighting to ensure visibility of your artwork and merchandise.
3. Electricity: Please be advised that there will be no access to electricity for vendors at this event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own battery-operated lights and any other equipment requiring power.
4. Sales and Transactions: All sales and transactions are conducted solely between the vendor and the customer. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any disputes, liabilities, or damages arising from transactions during the event. 5. General Art Guidelines: Vendors are kindly reminded that all artwork displayed at the RnB Soul Picnic must be family-friendly. In consideration of our diverse audience, we do not permit nudity or explicit content in any artwork showcased at the event. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.  6. Liability: All vendors participating in the RnB Soul Picnic are solely responsible for the safety and security of their own products and artworks. The Event Organizers and Oak Hollow Festival Park shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or theft of vendor merchandise or artwork during the event. Vendors are encouraged to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings. By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge and accept this liability clause.  7. Refunds:
  • All sales FINAL - method of payment is charged upon approval
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-call or no-show
  • No refunds for inclement weather
8. Inclement Weather: The RnB Soul Picnic is a rain or shine event, and we encourage all vendors to prepare accordingly for varying weather conditions. Please note that the event will only be cancelled in the event of a torrential storm or severe weather conditions deemed hazardous by event organizers. 9. Application Approval: Please note that you must receive an official approval message via Eventeny to be officially considered as an Art Vendor for this event. Your credit card will not be charged until your application has been approved. By submitting the Art Vendor Application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of booth privileges without refund.

Prices

10ft x 10ft Single Booth Space $150.00 Non-refundable Each Art Vendor receives one (1) 10ft x 10ft general vending space. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, tents, and chairs, as needed.
