Welcome to the Food Vendor Application for the RnB Soul Picnic that will be held Saturday, June 15th, 2024!!!  Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 Please note that this festival requires Food Vendors to participate for the length of the festival day. Leaving early is not permitted.

The RnB Soul Picnic is thrilled to announce it's next stop on it's tour, HIGH POINT, NORTH CAROLINA. Experience a soul healing, mental health festival aimed at providing a healthy outlet, involving community leaders, and bringing families together through soul and R&B music. This impactful event is for all ages, welcomes local businesses and will leave you uplifted through the power of music. Join us at Festival Park in High Point, North Carolina this June 15th. Terms & Conditions

Food Vendor Regulations
  • Please Note: While our festival primarily seeks Food Trucks, we also welcome applications from food vendors offering non-regulated food items such as cotton candy, shaved ice, pineapple drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, and baked goods. We will consider these vendors alongside Food Trucks during the selection process. 
  • All food vendors must be self contained and have silent generators
  • Your food truck or vending station must be adequately staffed at ALL TIMES!!!
  • Health Regulations: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations set by local health authorities to maintain a clean and safe food preparation environment
  • Professional Presentation: Maintain a clean and well-presented food truck/station to enhance the overall aesthetic of the festival
  • Capacity and Logistics: Ensure that your food truck/station has the capacity to handle the expected crowd at the RnB Soul Picnic. Plan logistics for efficient food preparation and service
  • Pricing Transparency: Clearly display prices for all menu items to provide transparency to customers. Consider offering combo deals or specials for festival-goers
  • Participation: Every food truck/station participating in the RnB Soul Picnic agrees to be present and actively serving for the length of the festival day. 
Refunds
  • All sales FINAL - method of payment is charged upon approval
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-call or no-show
  • No refunds for inclement weather
Inclement Weather
  • The RnB Soul Picnic is a rain or shine event, and we encourage all vendors to prepare accordingly for varying weather conditions. Please note that the event will only be cancelled in the event of a torrential storm or severe weather conditions deemed hazardous by event organizers.
