About the application

This application is specifically for merchandise vendors with a 10x10 tent. Before completing the application, carefully review the Terms & Conditions / Vendor Agreement. Ensure all contact information provided is accurate for communication leading up to and during the event.
 
Thank you for considering participation in the Lincolnville Juneteenth Festival.  We kindly request that vendors acknowledge that electrical needs are at their expense. Electricity will NOT be provided at the event venue. Vendors requiring power should be prepared to bring their own generators to fulfill their electrical requirements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Experience the essence of Juneteenth at the Lincolnville Juneteenth Community Festival, an esteemed gathering that ranks among the nation's largest and most culturally significant celebrations. Join us at the Lincolnville Juneteenth Community Festival, organized by Qunoire Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to community upliftment. Experience a vibrant celebration on ML King Avenue, as we Celebrate 60 years of Civil Rights in St. Augustine FL. The festival will feature local artists, live entertainment, an opening parade, an eclectic artist’s market, diverse vendor's market, mouthwatering food court, engaging family-fun activities, enlightening history tours, and a children’s activity zone. Best of all, it's free to the public.

Terms & Conditions

As a participant in the Lincolnville Juneteenth Community Festival organized by Qunoire In, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:  I have thoroughly reviewed and commit to abide by the Lincolnville Juneteenth Community Festival’s Code of Conduct and all related policies and procedures available on the festival's official website.
 I understand that festival policies and procedures, as well as participation terms and conditions outlined in the vendor guidelines, are in effect at all times within the event venue, along the parade route, and throughout the festival duration.
By completing and submitting the Vendor application or accepting an event badge, I agree to release the Lincolnville Juneteenth Community Festival and Qunoire Inc from any liability pertaining to personal injury, property damage, infringement claims, or any other cause of action. I also grant permission for the use of  images and videos reflect business name for promotional purposes and commit to compliance with all festival and parade regulations.
 I acknowledge the voluntary nature of my participation and understand the potential physical risks associated with vendor activities, including lifting, walking, and assembly tasks. I certify that I am physically capable and do not have any health conditions preventing my involvement.
  In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize festival personnel to seek necessary medical care on my behalf. I accept responsibility for any associated medical expenses incurred and agree to cover all charges related to the provision of medical treatment during the festival.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge my understanding and commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants at the Lincolnville Juneteenth Community Festival.
