Food Trucks and Food Vendors

Thank you for your interest in participating in Jeeps Takeover Townsend August 22 - 24, 2024! To be considered as a food vendor for this event, a Food Vendor Permit with the City of Townsend is required. If you do not have a food vendor permit from the City of Townsend contact: Gayla Webb at gayla@cityoftownsend.com or by phone at (865) 448-6886.
 
Once applications close, our events committee will review all vendor applications and notify selected parties by the end of June 2024. 

Jeeps Takeover Townsend is back and happening on August 22 – 24 from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm (Thursday – Saturday)! NEW THIS YEAR is an expansion of activities to 2 locations to accommodate additional programming. Visit Cades Cove Jeep Outpost for food and retail vendors, live music and more. In addition, the Townsend Event Center (7930 E Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Townsend, TN 37882) will be the place to “Jeep the Duck!” FREE parking and shuttles will run Thursday – Saturday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. No overnight parking is allowed. All cars must be moved by 8:00 pm – no exceptions) This celebration of all things Jeep is family and pet friendly. Prize raffle proceeds will benefit Hearts & Hands Scholarship Fund & Townsend Elementary School.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving of this agreement electronically. DO NOT SEND CHECKS – Vendor fees will be processed upon approval.  Credit Card information is required to submit application.

Hold Harmless Agreement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Smoky Mountain Festivals, LLC. , its employees, agents and assigns, the Smoky Mountain Tourism Development Authority, and the volunteers for the same regarding any and all liability for damages or injuries to persons or property which the undersigned, his or her agents or employees may sustain while participating in the Jeeps Takeover Townsend except where such damages or injuries resulting from the gross negligence of the Smoky Mountain Festivals, LLC. Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
I have read and agree to all the regulations stated above and in consideration of participating in the Jeeps Takeover Townsend agree to be contractually bound to the same.
