Gear up for a day of family fun at ManiPalooza, the ultimate summer extravaganza in Manitou Springs! Embrace the vibrant spirit of our community at this all-day event, where music fills the air, pop-up shops line the park, and tantalizing aromas waft from local food trucks. Originally known as the Silent Disco & Food Truck Rally, ManiPalooza has blossomed into a full-blown festival for all ages. Starting at noon in Soda Springs Park, immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere. Explore a diverse array of food trucks and beverage vendors, indulge in delectable treats, and browse through enticing products from local artisans. Let loose with yard games and enjoy the laid-back ambiance of our picturesque surroundings. From 2 to 5 pm, groove to the rhythm of live music, creating the perfect backdrop for a day of relaxation and enjoyment. As the sun sets, prepare for the return of the beloved Silent Disco by CiferNoise from 7 to 10 pm. Don your disco attire and illuminate the night with your glowing accessories as you dance under the stars. For those eager to join the Silent Disco experience, secure your tickets early to take advantage of our special early bird pricing. And don't forget to showcase your creativity in our costume contest, running from 7 to 9 pm. Terms & Conditions

I will remit my ManiPalooza sales tax of 9.03% to Visit Manitou Springs before FRIDAY, AUGUST 16, 2024. Visit Manitou Springs is required to file sales tax for this event. 
 
All single use items provided by vendors must be compostable.**
No plastic bags may be used at this event.**
 
**FAILURE TO PROVIDE COMPOSTABLE SINGLE USE PRODUCTS WILL RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO VACATE FESTIVAL IMMEDIATELY & NO RETURN FOR 2025.  I understand Visit Manitou Springs officials and/or volunteers assume no responsibility for the security of personal items, merchandise or items on display in my booth. I understand vendors must supply their own tables, chairs and tents.  I understand this outdoor event will go on rain or shine. Please be prepared for all types of Colorado weather. I will not sublet all or part of my vendor space. This agreement cannot be reassigned and I understand that subletting my vendor space is not permitted. I will leave my booth space as I found it, clean and empty. I will remove...all cardboard to the “recycle dumpster”, all trash to the “trash dumpster” and deposit all appropriate compost to appropriate containers. No landfill items permitted to be brought in/handed out by vendors as part of our sustainability efforts to go zero-waste. 
 
By signing below I agree to abide by the rules and regulations stated in this application and accept total responsibility for my booth space and property while attending ManiPalooza on 8/10/24. Further, I agree that photographs taken of me, my booth, products and/or workers, may be used by the Visit Manitou Springs and ManiPalooza for promotional purposes. 
 
 

Prices

Retail Vendor $75.00 Non-refundable $75 includes City of Manitou Springs permit fees. Please be aware of submitting 9.03% sales tax to Visit Manitou Springs, 354 Manitou Ave, Manitou Springs CO 80829 a week following the event.
