Kansas City Irish Fest Irish Marketplace Vendor Application 2021

Greetings! Please fill out the following form if you are interested in being a vendor at KC Irish Fest, taking place this year September 3-5 at Crown Center Square in Kansas City. Please note we only accept vendors for our marketplace that sell primarily cash and carry Irish or Celtic goods. If you are an artisan please see our Art in the Park application, if you are interested in promoting a business or service please see our sponsorship application. The application deadline is July 15, 2021. The Kansas City Irish Fest committee will review all submissions and get back with selected vendors no later than July 15, 2021. Vendors are selected based on items sold, uniqueness, experience, and overall setup. There is a fee to participate as a vendor at Irish Fest. We will charge the card you provide once you are accepted as a vendor and you accept the invitation. You will have one week after you are notified of your acceptance to confirm your participation.

The following items apply to all exhibitors unless specified in writing. * Kansas City Irish Fest (KCIF) provides all tents for vendors. All vendors will be placed under large tents that KCIF will provide. * KCIF will provide up to four (4) eight-foot tables. Tables must be reserved on application. * All Exhibitors MUST stay within the designated space marked by KCIF. Failure to do so and non-compliance when asked by KCIF staff could result in you not being asked back for 2020 * Exhibitors are not allowed to place tents under tents. Exhibitors are allowed to use framing and other display units. * Exhibitors will supply to the KCIF a list of all items intended for sale or display at the festival. The KCIF has the right to disallow any item or items from being available at the festival. * Exhibitors will not be allowed to bring any food or beverage items onto the festival grounds for personal consumption without written approval of the KCIF. * There will be designated areas for food & beverage booths and for exhibitor booths. The KCIF Executive Director will make all final determinations regarding booth placement. * All fees will be nonrefundable, except at the sole discretion of the KCIF. * KCIF will provide security and trash removal throughout the event. Exhibitors will be expected to help keep the area around their booths clean and free of debris. * Each exhibitor will be given EIGHT VENDOR WRISTBANDS for each day for the purpose of permitting staff to gain entrance to the festival grounds. * Exhibitors will be expected to have their booths completely set up at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the festival. The festival grounds will be accessible Sept. 3rd at 9 a.m. prior to the start of the event. You are expected to remain open until close of the Fest each day. * Exhibitors will be told of drop-off sites for loading and unloading their wares, and locations to park vehicles during the event. Vehicles are not allowed on site during Fest hours. * Due to inclement weather or other emergencies, vendors must comply with any evacuation orders that are implemented by KCIF executive team or security. * Exhibitors will be allowed to sell their items only to persons on the festival grounds. * Exhibitors are not allowed to use the KCIF name and logo on any merchandise. * Exhibitors will comply with all local, city, and state rules and regulations. Exhibitors will supply all necessary items to accomplish these goals. * The KCIF will take place rain or shine and all fees are nonrefundable. * Exhibitor to provide KCIF with a certificate of insurance listing Brookside Irish Fest dba Kansas City Irish Fest as additionally insured * All vendors must comply with the COVID guidelines that Kansas City Irish Fest implements. We will send you more information on this as we get closer to the festival.
