Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the festival as a non-profit must provide evidence of their non-profit status. A non-profit is defined as one of the following:•A corporation incorporated pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law that is exempt from taxation and can show proof with a 501(c)3 form from the Internal Revenue Service.
•An organization that was organized and is in operation for charitable purposes and meets the requirements of Section214 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
•10% of available booth spaces will be allocated to Non-profits. After all allocated Non-profit booth spaces have been filled, Non-profits can come in at Company Booth rate.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application and processing fee for those accepted into the event. Fee will be automatically charged upon acceptance. Those who are not accepted will not be charged.
10x10 Non-Profit Booth $50 Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendor must purchase the number of booth spaces needed to display product. Example: 1 booth = 10x10, 2 booths = 10x20, 3 booths = 10x30, and so on. After 9/1/24 booth fee is non-refundable.
Corner Booth Space $25 The 19th Annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival’s layout is based on Sacramento Metro Fire Regulations. Vendors can request a corner/end booth for a fee of $25.00. Spaces are first come first serve by date application is received, availability and booth size. The Fair Oaks Chicken Festival Committee reserves the right to deny corner/end spaces as necessary for Festival layout. After 9/1/24 corner booth fee is non-refundable.
