Slay Events presents dynamic vendor opportunities as part of its LGBTQ+ Pride in the Wild event held at the Detroit Zoo. Each vendor opportunity offers a unique chance to support and uplift the LGBTQ+ community while making a meaningful contribution to local LGBTQ+ nonprofit organizations. With engaging activities, including live performances, educational exhibits, and the chance to explore the zoo's captivating wildlife exhibits, Pride in the Wild combines celebration, advocacy, and philanthropy to create a truly impactful experience.

 

All of our events throughout the year are benefits for local LGBTQ+ nonprofit organizations. This year Pride in the Wild will Benefit Affirmations Community Center, Experiential Ink/Camp 4 All, Ferndale Pride, Free Mom Hugs, Ruth Ellis Center, & Trans Sistas of Color Project. A portion of ALL vendor fees, sponsorship dollars, and ticket sales will be donated to all of these amazing organizations. 

Business vendors participating in Pride in the Wild sponsorship program are hereby prohibited from selling any food or unapproved items on the premises during the event. 

Décor and Signage: Balloons, confetti, inflatable's, balls, flying discs, and open flames are never permitted on
Zoo grounds or in its facilities for the safety of animals.
 
All transactions involving business vendors are considered final and nonrefundable. Once a transaction with a business vendor has been completed and payment has been made, no refunds or cancellations shall be granted under any circumstances.
 
The business vendor is asked to promote the event on social media and share promotional assets.
 

Disclaimer: Client agrees that Slay Events is not responsible and shall not be liable for any Claims, demands, actions, debts or other liabilities ("Losses") resulting from injury to Client's guests except where such losses are a direct result of the negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law by Slay Events, its employees, agents, or contractors. Slay Events will not be responsible for damage to or the loss of personal property except where such losses are a direct result of the negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law by Slay Events, its employees, agents, or contractors.
