The 3rd Annual Rome Pride take place this year on June 28-30, 2024 in beautiful Rome, Georgia. Enjoy live entertainment, a curated artisan and vendor market, food trucks, kids zone, and a whole lot of community love.The Rome Georgia Pride Festival is a free admission LGBTQ+ pride festival that takes place in downtown Rome, Georgia. The festival provides a family-friendly and inclusive atmosphere in a small town setting. Rome Georgia Pride is the largest rural LGBTQ+ Pride event in North Georgia! More than 3,000 people attended in 2023. As a 100% volunteer-powered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization,Rome Georgia Pride relies on sponsors like you to help ensure that we can continue serving North Georgia with our admission-free, family-friendly events. Due to outgrowing our previous location, Rome Georgia Pride will be relocating to Ridge Ferry Park in 2024, the largest park in Rome, Georgia!

Rome Pride Market Food Truck Vendor Application - 10x20 Space
 
Thank you for your interest in participating as a food truck or trailer vendor at the Rome Pride Market, taking place at Ridge Ferry Park on June 29th. This application is designed specifically for food trucks or trailers looking to offer a variety of cuisines in a 10x20 parking space.
 
Vendor Space and Cuisine Details:
This application secures a designated 10x20 parking space for food trucks or trailers, with the liberty to serve any type of cuisine. We welcome a diverse range of culinary offerings to cater to the varied tastes of our attendees.
 
Beverage Sales Policy:
While a wide range of cuisine is encouraged, please be advised that only Coca-Cola brand products, including water, may be sold. The sale of Pepsi products is strictly prohibited. Homemade teas and lemonades are exceptions and can be sold.
 
Regulatory Compliance:
All food trucks and trailers must possess valid operating permits, licenses, and insurance. Notification of your participation must be made to the Floyd County Environmental Health Department or your local Environmental Health Department license. Documentation proving compliance must be submitted with your application for consideration.
 
Insurance Requirement:
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Rome Georgia Pride as the certificate holder is required and must be submitted within 24 hours of acceptance into the festival.
 
Legal Agreements:
All participating vendors must sign a hold harmless waiver as part of their agreement to participate, acknowledging the terms and conditions of involvement.
 
Values and Conduct:
It is imperative that all vendors align with and promote the values of Rome Georgia Pride, ensuring that all offerings are appropriate for a family-friendly audience, including those under the age of 18.
 
Event Commitment:
The market will open Saturday after the march and run into the evening. Food vendors are expected to ensure adequate stock is available from the start of the day through the end of the day. We’ve had trucks selling out the past two years and there not being enough food on site. Please be advised that early pack-up is not permitted, and we anticipate welcoming over 3,000 attendees.
 
Security Measures:
For the safety of all vendors and their assets security will be provided on the premises on Saturday by Rome City Police.
 
Fees and Contributions:
All application and booth fees are regarded as donations towards the non-profit objectives of Rome Pride, aiding in keeping the festival free and accessible to the public. Tax-deductible receipts can be issued upon request. Please note, no refunds will be granted for absences, cancellations, or failure to set up on time.
 
Setup Requirements:
Food truck or trailer vendors are responsible for their setup within the allocated 10x20 space. Your designated spot will be assigned to maximize visibility and accessibility for festival-goers.

Terms & Conditions

All vendors, non-profits, and sponsors must read the following city codes and ensure their booth and merchandise are appropriate. 
All vendors must adhere to codes 11-830 and 23-301 for Rome Pride 2023. 
 
It is not the responsibility of the Rome Pride Board, the Rome Pride Vendor Committee, the Rome Queer Alliance, or anyone representing Rome Pride such as volunteers, performers, other vendors, or security to make sure vendor products are in compliance with these codes and ordinances. It is the responsibility of the vendor, food truck, concession seller, or non-profit to make sure that their products or materials are within the code.
