About the application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Rome Pride Market, hosted at Ridge Ferry Park on June 29th.

This application is for our young start up artists 20 years of age and under. It is only for small products under 12 square inches that can easily fit on a 6 foot. We will prioritize these spots for young college students or high school students who want to attend their first market and don’t have a tent or tables for their set up. This spot includes a 6-foot table setup within our communal artisan and education exhibitor's tent, aimed at brandnew artisans embarking on their journey who do not require a full tent setup or do not have sufficient merchandise for a 10x10 space. Rome Pride will provide each selected vendor with a 6-foot table and two folding chairs. Your setup will be part of a shared, tented space.

We encourage all vendors to decorate their tables vibrantly in alignment with this year's theme, “We’re here and we’re queer, every year!” Creativity and festival-themed decor are highly encouraged. Please bring all necessary materials to showcase your products effectively.
In addition, we invite you to engage attendees with small demonstrations of your work, enhancing the interactive experience of the market.

The market will run Saturday after the march and into the evening. Vendors are expected to ensure adequate stock is available from the start of the day through the end of the day. Please be advised that early pack-up is not permitted, and we anticipate welcoming over 3,000 attendees.

As a family-friendly, non-profit event, all application and booth fees are donations to our non-profit initiative, helping us maintain free community access to the event. A receipt for tax deduction purposes is available upon request. It's important to note that refunds will not be issued for vendors who fail to show, can no longer attend, or do not set up within the allotted timeframe.

To add to the excitement again this year, we will host contests for the best-decorated vendor table and the best overall decorated vendor tent presentation, in line with our themed above. Winners will receive a gift basket brimming with Pride merchandise.

Please remember, for this particular spot, vendors are not required to supply their own tents or chairs, as these will be provided within a shared exhibitor's tent.

All vendors are required to uphold the values of Rome Georgia Pride and ensure their merchandise is suitable for children under the age of 18.

All vendor and non-profit booths will support and reflect the values of Rome Georgia Pride.
