About the application

Thank you for your interest in joining us as a non-profit at the Rome Pride Market, taking place at Ridge Ferry Park on June 29th.

This application is for non-profits who wish to operate within a 10x20 space. This option requires you to bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. You will have the opportunity to create a fully personalized booth within the vibrant atmosphere of our festival.

In keeping with this year'snon-profit theme, “You’ve got a friend in me” as we’d like our local non-profits to express the unity and inclusivity of this festival and the work they are doing. We encourage you to decorate your space with creativity and pride towards this theme. The most imaginative and thematic non-profits spaces will not only captivate attendees but also compete in our decoration contests for both the best-decorated vendor table and tent. Winners will be awarded a gift basket filled with Pride merchandise, celebrating the spirit of the festival.

For our non-profits again this year we ask that you bring a craft or an activity that children will enjoy. Please let us know in the question section what activity you’d like to bring. If you had a successful activity last you you may repeat it also keep in mind the event location as changed to Ridge Ferry Park this year so our set up will be different.

The market will open Saturday after the march and run into the evening. Vendors are expected to ensure adequate stock is available from the start of the day through the end of the day. Please be advised that early pack-up is not permitted, and we anticipate welcoming over 3,000 attendees.

As a family-friendly, non-profit event, your booth fee is a direct contribution to keeping the event accessible to the community. Tax-deductible receipts are available upon request. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for no-shows, cancellations, or failure to set up within the designated time.

We're excited to see how you bring this year's theme to life within your 10x20 space. Remember, vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, and chairs, allowing full control over the presentation and ambiance of your booth.
