About the event

The Peachtree Corners Festival is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) volunteer organization dedicated to bringing a safe, wholesome and family-friendly festival to the City of Peachtree Corners. Our goal is to foster community pride and civic involvement in our diverse City, the largest in Gwinnett County, Georgia. To the extent that the Festival experiences positive cash flow, the funds will be dedicated to supporting two areas: Education and Beautification.

About the application

Set up: Saturday, 6:00-9:00 am Arts and Crafts Festival Dates/Times: Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm The Peachtree Corners Festival begins with a Free Friday Night Concert, continuing on Saturday and Sunday with Arts & Crafts Exhibitors, Car Show, Stage with Live Music, Kids Amusements and lots of Great Food! All proceeds go to education and beautification of the City of Peachtree Corners. The venue is located in the City's Town Green area, in the heart of Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett county's largest city. Parking is free and just steps away from all activities. Booth Rental Fees (Tent not included but is required for all booth space set up. Tent available for rent, $125): $250 Single Booth Space, 12’ X 12’ (10’ X 10’ tent size limit) $100 Electricity per 120V Outlet (No 240V power available) Use of a personal generator is allowed with prior approval by the Festival Committee. Deadline for Submission: August 1st, 2021. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All applications are received online via our Eventeny event site. Receipt & Acceptance of Application: Upon receipt of your application, we will send you confirmation by email. If you have not been notified after 10 days, please call or email Linda O’Connor at 678-492-6114 or art@peachtreecornersfestival.org. The PCF Arts & Craft Committee will select the participants. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance and the Committee decisions are final. Acceptance Notification & Cancellations: Applicants will be notified of acceptance by return email. Detailed information about the PC Festival will follow in early September. After August 1st, no refunds will be made except in hardship cases at the Committee's discretion.cept in hardship cases.

Terms & Conditions

Applicant's credit cards will be charged only upon acceptance as a festival vendor. The application cost includes a 6% non-refundable application fee. Refunds are solely the discretion of the festival committee. In the event that the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued to each vendor minus the 6% fee. The Peachtree Corners Festival, Inc., it’s Board of Directors, volunteers, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or their personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under the Peachtree Corners Festival activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges holding the Peachtree Corners Festival, its Board of Directors, Volunteers, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss. I understand that the funds paid to Peachtree Corners Festival, Inc. will be used to make the Festival possible with any remaining funds going to education and the beautification of the City of Peachtree Corners. I have read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this application, and that this application, if accepted, creates a binding contract between me, and my entity through which I shall conduct business concerning the PC Festival. The Exhibitor hereby agrees to abide by all of the terms of this contract, as set forth herein, and by all additional rules and policies imposed by the Festival. The Exhibitor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Festival and its personnel, Gwinnett County, all organizations and persons sponsoring, managing, or in any other way participating in the Festival, from any loss, expense, liability, claim, damage, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from the Exhibitor’s involvement or presence. The Exhibitor hereby agrees that all disputes arising or relating to this agreement will be adjudicated solely in binding arbitration in Gwinnett County, Georgia with an arbitrator selected by the Peachtree Corners Festival, Inc.
