Murrieta Birthday Bash Vendor Application

$75.00 per space for Non-Profit Vendors
$250.00 per space for food and business vendors (Additional vendors will be placed on a waitlist)

**All fees are non-refundable**
ALL VENDORS MUST UPLOAD A COPY OF THEIR CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE ($2,000,000 MINIMUM) AND A CITY OF MURRIETA BUSINESS LICENSE OR TEMPORARY VENDOR'S PERMIT. 
PRE-PACKAGED & NON-FOOD VENDORS MUST UPLOAD A CURRENT SELLERS PERMIT.
PRE-PACKAGED & FRESH PREPARED FOOD VENDORS MUST UPLOAD A COPY CURRENT OF THEIR RIVERSIDE COUNTY HEALTH CERTIFICATE.   
 
If you live in, or your business is based in the city of Murrieta, a current Murrieta business license is required. If you do not live in, or your business is not based in the city of Murrieta, a Temporary Vendor's Permit from the City of Murrieta for the BBQ is required. Questions about business licensing should be directed to the appropriate city Business Licensing department. The city of Murrieta Business Licensing application and information can be found on their website Business Licenses | Murrieta, CA (murrietaca.gov). Business Licensing will reach out to vendors needing this Temporary Vendor Permit after April 1st.

City of Murrieta reserves the right to deny the vendor’s request once the application is reviewed by staff. You will be contacted if there is some reason we cannot process your application. Booth space is not guaranteed until all necessary paperwork and payment is received. 
The undersigned acknowledges that each vendor space is 10’ wide x 10’ deep. Vendors must provide their own canopy, table and any other supplies needed.  No vehicles permitted to park next to or by their vendor booth. Vendors may unload at their booth and then move immediately.The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Murrieta, its representatives, agents, officers and employees from all damages, liabilities, costs and expenditures, including attorney fees and costs for defense, which may occur due to the participation in the craft fair.The undersigned acknowledges that there is NO WATER OR ELECTRICAL HOOK UP AVAILABLE. All vendors must be completely set-up by 2:00 p.m. and are asked not to break down their displays until 9:00 p.m. It is the vendor’s responsibility to remove all trash in their area before leaving.
