The Atlanta Pride celebration is the largest gathering of LGBTQ+ people and our allies in the Southeast. The event features a two-day festival with music, merchandise, art, food, a parade, and a week's worth of educational and social events.

About the application

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 
This parade application allows Corporations to participate in the 2024 Atlanta Pride Festival. 
 
A Corporation is defined as any for-profit business that meets the following criteria:
  • Annual gross revenue of over $1 million for the most recent fiscal year. 
  • Employs twenty (20) or more full-time employees. 
If you are interested in sponsoring the Atlanta Pride Festival, please email sponsors@atlantapride.org.
 
Fees and Charges
 
Please ensure you complete the correct form, as the $100 application fee is nonrefundable and will not be refunded if you complete the wrong application. If you have questions about which form to complete, please email parade@atlantapride.org for assistance. 
 
Definitions
 
  • Float - Any motorized vehicle that has a total of eighteen (18) feet or more as measured from the farthest front portion of the vehicle to the farthest back portion, including any trailers or attached decor. The price includes up to 100 pedestrian participants. Limited to a maximum of one (1) per parade entry. 
  • Standard Vehicle - Any motorized vehicle that has a total length of less than eighteen (18) feet as measured from the farthest front portion of the vehicle to the farthest back portion, including any trailers or attached decor. The price includes up to 50 pedestrian participants per vehicle. Limited to a maximum of three (3) per parade entry. 
  • Participant Add-on - An additional 50 participants for your entry. No regular parade entry may have a total of more than 150 total pedestrians.
Insurance Requirements
 
All drivers must have a valid Driver's License, and all vehicles must have valid insurance as per Georgia Law.

Completing an application does not guarantee entry in the Atlanta Pride Parade. The Atlanta Pride Committee (APC) has the final discretion to approve or deny your application. You will be notified of APC’s decision via email.

Prices

Application Fee $100 Non-refundable This is an administrative fee for processing the application and is charged upon submission of your application. This charge is non-refundable, regardless of whether your application is approved, rejected, or waitlisted.
Small Pedestrian Group $700 This is a group of 50 participants or less. This group includes participants who walk, use wheelchairs, or other mobile-assisted devices.
Large Pedestrian Group $800 This is a group of 51 participants, up to 100 participants. If you believe your group will be larger than 100 participants, please use the "Participant Add-On" item below. The maximum number of participants for any organization is 200. This group includes participants who walk, use wheelchairs, or other mobile-assisted devices.
Standard Vehicle $1,250 This is for a Standard Vehicle Entry (less than 18 feet long). The maximum number of vehicles allowed per organization is three (3). This includes a small pedestrian group of fewer than 50 participants. If you believe you will have more than 50 participants in your group, please use the "Participant Add-On" item below to add more participants (maximum of 200 participants per organization)
Float $2,250 This is for a Float (vehicle longer than 18 feet, including towed trailer) Entry. This entry includes a Large Pedestrian group of up to 100 participants. If you believe your walking group will be larger than 100 people, please use the "Participant Add-On" item below to add more walkers (maximum of 200 walkers per organization)
Participant Add-On $100 This charge is to add 50 participants to one group. The maximum number of participants in any one group is 200. Adding more than 200 participants to your group will delay your application's approval.
