Please note:
• Each booth space is 10x10, more than one space may be purchased. Food Truck space is as needed. Most vendors will be able to park behind their booth space.
• Per City ordinance, there is NO smoking or vaping allowed in the park except cigars
• There is NO electricity available, use of quiet inverter type generators is also permitted (less than 55 dBA)
• There is NO water available onsite
• All participants are responsible for trash removal; if you generate it, you must provide a trash/recycling can AND remove it
• Per City ordinance, NO single use plastic (Plastic that will be used at the show) is allowed per City ordinance. This includes plastic utensils, plastic shopping bags, plastic lids, plastic beverage bottles, Styrofoam, plastic take-out containers and plastic straws to name a few. All plastics include, but are not limited to; plastic, bioplastic, corn plastic, sugar cane plastic, plant plastic, polystyrene, polymers, biopolymers, bio-derived and bio-based plastics.

Booth fees are payable on arrival and are as follows:

Non-Profit/no sales: $0
Non-profit fundraising: $25

Non-Profit no sales: $0
Non-profit sales/fundraising: $25
10’ space: $50
20’ space: $80
30’ space: $100

 

Booth fees November - April are:
Non-Profit no sales: $0
Non-profit sales/fundraising: $30
10’ space: $60
20’ space: $95
30’ space: $110

Each additional 1' up to 10’: $25/per 10' This includes all the frontage taken up on the seawall by trailers, canopies and vehicles

All vendors will be charged half the booth fee for cancellations on the Wednesday before the show up to midnight and your full booth fee for cancellations/no shows on the day of the show. If you can't make it on Show Day, call me (Sean) so I can make adjustments. 305-731-3385
