About the event

An award-winning, two-day, family-friendly arts and crafts festival celebrating the spirit of living in Duluth, Georgia! Booths sell everything you can imagine, including: clothing, linens, home decor, furniture, jewelry, toys, food, and more. Sponsors present services for improving your life, home, and family. Events include a parade, a 5K road race, and entertainment on two stages. All of this makes the Duluth Fall Festival one of the most successful and highly attended festivals in the southeast.

About the registration

Each year, the Duluth Fall Festival hosts creative local and regional artists who showcase work in visual, tactile and even edible formats. For the home or office, the show features paintings, photographs, wood crafts, pottery, ironwork, glassware, furniture and decorative accessories such as candles, soaps, wreaths and baskets. For personal decoration jewelry, leatherwork, clothing (for adults, children, dolls and dogs!), face and hair artists are in demand. And for food cravings there are satisfying sauces, honeys, teas, sweets and more.  Please note all merchandise must be created or hand decorated by the exhibitor. Terms & Conditions

Cancellations: on or before July 31st: $25 fee will be assessed; on or after September 1st: NO refunds will be made.  The Duluth Fall Festival, Inc. currently intends to hold its annual festival on September 28th and 29th, 2024, with set up on September 27th. The Duluth Fall Festival, Inc will monitor health advisories in the State of Georgia and nationally to determine if the 2024 Festival is subject to health and safety concerns. If Duluth Fall Festival Inc is forced to cancel the festival, you will be notified and all fees paid shall be returned.  By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this application, and I understand that this application creates a binding contract between me, and any entity through which I shall conduct business at the Duluth Fall Festival (collectively, jointly and severally, the “Exhibitor”) and the Duluth Fall Festival, Inc., The Exhibitor hereby agrees to abide by all of the terms of this contract, as set forth herein, and by all additional rules and policies imposed by the Festival upon its participation in the Festival, should this application be accepted. The Exhibitor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Festival and its personnel, the City of Duluth (the “City”), all organizations and persons sponsoring, managing, or in any other way participating in the Duluth Fall Festival, from any loss, expense, liability, claim, damage, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from the Exhibitor’s involvement or presence, or that of any employee, contractor, or other personnel under the direction of the Exhibitor, at the Duluth Fall Festival. The Exhibitor hereby agrees that all disputes arising or relating to this agreement with the Duluth Fall Festival, Inc. will be adjudicated solely in binding arbitration in Gwinnett County, Georgia with an arbitrator selected by Duluth Fall Festival, Inc., and that the sole venue for disputes regarding this arbitration provision shall be the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia. Interpretation and Violation - Any points not covered elsewhere are subject to settlement by the Duluth Fall Festival committee. Any violation by an Exhibitor of these policies, rules, or regulations may void the agreement for booth space and such Exhibitor shall forfeit all monies that have been paid. The Duluth Fall Festival reserves the right to terminate the agreement for booth space without written notice.

Prices

Single Booth (10'x10') $250 Non-refundable After July 31st: Refunds are subject to a $25 cancelation fee. After August 31st: No refunds.
Double booth $500 Non-refundable After July 31st: Refunds are subject to a $25 cancelation fee. After August 31st: No refunds. Double-booths are available space permitting.
Electricity (120volt/15 amp outlet) $100 Non-refundable Vendor to bring a drop cord to connect to electricity, length will vary between 25' and 100', required length will be determined after booth assignments.

Additional information

  • Select the category of your work.
  • Description of Your Work. Please identify all work products you intend to have in your booth. Complete identification is needed to reduce duplication of products with nearby booths. As stated in the Vendor Guidelines, only items described in the application or shown in pictures and approved may be exhibited in your booth.h,
  • Are all of your products handmade or hand-decorated?
  • Who created your product and what is the process?
  • Have you exhibited at the Festival before?
  • If yes, how many years have you participated, and when was the last year?
  • If possible, would you prefer to be in the same area as in the past? If "NO", please provide alternate location desired and any explanatory details. (However, due to continual changes to the Festival area, you are not guranteed the same booth space).
  • May any of your contact information be released if requested?
  • If you are a member of Georgia Grown, please provide your member number and expiration date below. (GG members - timing and amount of any pro-rata booth fee adjustment will be determined by timing of receipt of GG funds by DFF and total number of festival accepted GG vendors.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 6
  • Submit at least six (6) current photos of your work, at least two of which are you creating or hand decorating your work, three of which are the work you will be selling, and one of which shows booth/tent set-up with product, no persons should be visible in the booth/tent set up photo.
