About the event

Join us for our 8th annual Christmas at The Ranch!! This family festival and shopping event has quickly become a local favorite tradition! You do not want to miss it so mark those calendars NOW! PRESENTED BY: Budget Blinds of Broken Arrow, Craft Body Scan, and Andy B's!! FRIDAY December 6th- Shopping only!! Grab your girlfriends and come take your time strolling through all the booths! Grab a bite to eat, have a mimosa, and shop some more! SATURDAY/SUNDAY December 7&8- Bring the whole family!! Buy that thing you wish you'd have taken home Friday! Visit Santa, see the petting zoo, ride a pony, watch the aerial performances, get some faces painted, let the kids play, and more! We are proud to feature over 135 local artists, crafters, makers, food trucks, and small businesses! This is your one stop Christmas shopping extravaganza! Food Trucks, Door prizes, Shopping, Swag bags, Pony Rides, entertainment and MUCH MORE! Do not miss this FAMILY FUN holiday event! FRIDAY: $10 for ages 3+ (good all weekend!!!) SATURDAY: $10 for ages 3+ (good all weekend!!!) SUNDAY ONLY Admission is $5 at the gate.

Terms & Conditions

Set up times: Wednesday 2-8, Thursday 12-8***MUST be checked in by Thursday night!!***

VENDOR EXPECTATIONS• All booths must be opened and staffed from 10am-4pm, ALL 3 DAYS.• Vendors are expected to be courteous to one another, and customers. Foul language or aggressive behavior towards any guest or employee will result in immediate removal.• Vendors will be responsible for bringing all their own tools, chairs and tables, trash bags, extension cords, zip ties, and anything else needed to set up your entire booth and display. Please also bring help if you need assistance with heavy items. We recommend covering your display overnight with plastic, sheets or tarps.• Vendors must be checked in and set-up by Thursday night, NO MORNING SET UPS! Any inventory restock can be dropped close to the barn on show morning with a 5min or less time frame!• No gas appliances or flame of ANY kind is allowed.• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the barn.• Please do not use any large nails or staple guns on the walls. Command strips and small tack nails are fine.Remove whatever you put up.• If you are requesting electric- bring extension cords!! No electricity in outside spaces.• Spaces will be marked. Please keep your setup within your marked area and respect your neighbor.• If you plan to store crates, boxes, additional inventory, or anything beneath your table or within your booth, please bring a floor length table cover. These items must be out of sight.• We will NOT be providing booth dividers. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you build, rent, bring some sort of rear booth divider for your space. 12x12 stalls DO NOT need a divider!• Clean up of your booth is NOT to begin prior to 4pm on Sunday. No exceptions Please bag and remove all trash from your booth area after clean up. There is a tan dumpster in the parking lot for trash. Dispose of your trash! If you have a mess in your booth space, sweep it up! There will be a $50 cleaning fee for excessive mess/trash (cut zip ties, tape on the floor, trash piled up, nails/tacks in the wall, etc). Please leave your space as you found it!• 181 Ranch will not be responsible for submitting taxes on a vendor’s behalf. Vendors will be responsible for collecting and submitting taxes to the State of Oklahoma. County tax only. Current rate: 4.5%• 181 Ranch and its’ associates are not responsible for fire, theft, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances that may damage/injure your property, self, or guests.
The barn will be closed and locked at night. The property is gated and management lives on site.• Booth payment is non-refundable.
