Terms & Conditions

TERMS and CONDITIONS:Please Download and Fill out the VENDOR DOCUMENTS PDF and email it to; srf.merchants@spokaneentertainersguild.com.  1. Merchant Vendors' Booths must appear to be from the appropriate time period.
2. Food Vendor Trailers/Booths are strongly encouraged to appear to be from the appropriate time period, within reason.
3. No plastic-looking tent coverings or fluorescent colors should be visible to patrons.
4. Wandering and merchant vendors must be in period-appropriate clothing.
5. Spokane Entertainers Guild reserves the right to determine what is appropriate to the time period.
6. All vendors must be open for business at 9:00 am.
7. Parking is only allowed in designated areas.
8. Vehicles may not enter or leave the designated town space during hours of operation of
    the event
9. No tear-down is allowed before 5:30 pm on the closing Sunday.
10. Vendors must have and present all appropriate licenses, certificates, and insurance.11. Vendors must follow all appropriate state and federal regulations.
12. Vendors must maintain supervision of their minors at all times.
13. Vendors who fail to supervise their minors may be asked to leave
14. Children/accompanying vendors are required to have vendor bracelets.
15. All animals shall always be on a leash or under the control of the vendor or performer.
16. Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of all their animals.
17. If your animal is disruptive, dangerous, and/or uncontrollable then you and/or the animal
      may be asked to leave.
18. Loud generators are not permitted.
19. Smoking in designated areas only. All smoked products must be disposed of properly.
20. Use or sale of illegal drugs is not permitted.
21. Intoxication is not allowed during event hours.
22. No sale of illegal weapons.
23. Weapons sales will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
24. Weapons must be peace-bound at the time of purchase. Peace bound means sheathed and rendered unable to be drawn.
25. No firearms permitted.
26. All period firearms that are part of period clothing shall be rendered inoperable.
27. All vendors with heat sources must have the appropriate fire extinguisher.
