About the application

All vendors must be on location at the Monroe County Fine Arts Center (27 Brooklyn Avenue, Forsyth, GA 31029) and set up on Saturday, October 30, 2021 by 9 a.m. for inspection. Sales start at 11 a.m. and event ends at 5 p.m.

About the event

Come out and join us for Food Trucks & Treats on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Monroe County Fine Arts Center parking lot. There will be food and fun for the entire family. Afterward, enjoy trick or treat on the Forsyth Square.

HEALTH PERMIT APPLICATIONS Obtaining a Forsyth-Monroe County Health Permit Application is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of each food vendor. You must complete the application and return it to the Monroe County Health Department at least one month prior to the festival. If you have not been granted a permit, you will not be allowed to set up at the event. Temporary permits will be issued by the Health Department the moment you pass inspection. For questions about required licenses, permits, etc., please contact the Monroe County Health Department at (478) 992-5082. The 2020 Forsythia Festival was cancelled due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. The Forsyth Monroe County Chamber (FMCCOC) plan to proceed with the 2021 Festival with modifications. There are changes t o the rules & regulations for 2021, so please read all rules and regulations carefully before completing the application. **This year it will be necessary to have space between the booths which will reduce the number of vendors the Festival can accommodate. The FMCCOC suggests you place sides on your tent during the festival. The 2021 Festival will deliver the opportunity for a virtual marketplace on the Eventeny website. The virtual marketplace will contribute to promoting your business. Vendors have the option to participate virtually, in person, or virtual and in person the weekend of the Festival.**
