Welcome to the Linn County Fair application process. Our fair is a wholesome, family-friendly event with concerts, a rodeo, a mutton busting contest, food & drink, adult beverages, a Family Land area, a carnival, and commercial vendors.

Terms & Conditions

Consideration for space assignment is based on area needed and utilities requested.  Linn County Fair requires all food vendors carry and provide general liability insurance.  Vendors are also required to submit a Notice of Mobile Unit Movement to the Linn County Environmental Health Office. 
 
  • Dumping of grey water in storm drains is not allowed
  • Propane is available at market rate
  • Ice must be purchased onsite, please ask about bag rates 
  • The cost of drinks must be the same for each food truck

Prices

Space $150 Non-refundable Food vendors pay a $150 non-refundable deposit upon receipt of contract. Total fee is $500 or 20% of the gross income (whichever is greater), $150 deposit will be applied to the total fees. See Food Vendor Financial Requirements.
110v, 10amp Outlet $30 Non-refundable
220v, 50amp Outlet $75 Non-refundable
220v, 30amp Outlet $60 Non-refundable
Admission Wristbands-FREE-Includes Parking $0 Non-refundable Each booth purchase includes up to 6 free wristbands. Wristbands must be worn by vendors and their employees/volunteers at all times and are specifically for the use by vendors and their staff only, and cannot be shared. Violators will face expulsion from the Linn County Fair. Wristbands may be picked up during move in, July 15-17, 2024.
Additional Wristbands-Daily Admission with Parking $7 Non-refundable Wristbands must be worn by vendors and their employees/volunteers at all times and are specifically for the use by vendors and their staff only, and cannot be shared. Violators will face expulsion from the Linn County Fair. Wristbands may be picked at the event office up during move in, July 15-17, 2024.
