About the event

About the application

This application is for a one-time vendor booth July 4-6, 2024 during the Western Stampede, West Jordan, Utah.  

The Western Stampede is an annual event hosted by the City of West Jordan over the 4th of July weekend. The event includes a rodeo, carnival, parade, fireworks, and vendor fair. An average of 45,000 people traffic the park and rodeo grounds throughout the four-day event.

Terms & Conditions

The Western Stampede is being held at Veterans Memorial Park, 1985 W 7800 S, West Jordan, UT 84088. 

Official vendor times are:
  • Thursday, July 4, 2024, 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
  • Friday, July 5, 2024, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 6, 2024, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 
IMPORTANT:  All vendors must be set up no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of each selling day.  Good4Life Markets will be onsite and available for questions two hours prior to the start of each selling day and until one hour after the close of each selling day.
 
We welcome the following types of vendors*:
  • Boutique Items/Artisans/Crafters (NOTE: These categories are full: Scentsy, Permanent Jewelry, Crystals, Crochet, Face Painting, Freeze Drieds, Jewelry, Chiropractic)
  • School Groups
  • Non-Profit Groups
  • Youth Entrepreneurs
  • Agricultural Producers (vegetables, fruit, honey, meats, eggs, etc.)
  • Off-site Prepared Foods (bakeries, bottled/canned items, etc.)
NOTE: Food trucks/on-site prepared food of any kind are being booked through the Food Truck League for this event. www.foodtruckleague.com
 
Religious and political groups, petitioning, and signature gathering are not allowed at the Western Stampede Vendor Market.  Any organizations found to be in violation of this will be asked to leave with no refund.
 
Submission of this application does not guarantee booth space at the Western Stampede. Your application will be vetted by a Good4Life Markets jury committee once submitted.
Once selected, your acceptance constitutes a "contract" between you and Good4Life Markets. If you have questions, you can call or text Market Director, Denise (801) 413-8973.
Good4Life Markets reserves the right to determine both event vendors and booth locations.
Good4Life Markets reserves the right to limit similar or identical vendors.
Standard booth space is 10ft x 10ft. An additional fee will be applied if more space is needed.
A 10'x10' canopy WILL be provided by the Western Stampede. 
Good4Life Markets does not provide canopy walls, tables or chairs. ​

Booth Fees:
$25 non-refundable application fee for all applicants due at the time of application.
$225 non-refundable booth fee, due upon acceptance to the Vendor Fair.
*please note that your application will not be reviewed until the application fee is received.
 
Good4Life Markets reserves the right to communicate with applicants by email, mail, phone and text.

  • Booth fees will not be refunded if the Vendor is asked to leave the Western Stampede by Good4Life Markets or a government agency due to non-compliance with market or government regulations.
  • I have read the Good4Life Markets Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by them during the 2024 Western Stampede Vendor Fair
  • The Western Stampede will operate in RAIN or SHINE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITED BOOTH FEES for cancellations or no-shows. The cancellation of the Western Stampede Vendor Fair due to storms will be regulated by The Western Stampede officials. DANGEROUS WEATHER: If the Vendor Fair must be cancelled due to dangerous weather (high winds, thunderstorms, hail), you will be notified by 12 pm day of the event via email or text. Good4Life Markets is not liable for inclement weather cancellations.
  • I AFFIRM THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS CONTRACT AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS AND PURPOSES AND AGREE TO ALL OPERATION RULES AND REGULATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE AND TO PAY ALL ASSESSED CHARGES

  • You will receive a copy of your application by email. If you have paid your application fee and you don't see an email from Good4LifeMarkets@gmail.com within ten business days, check your spam folder and then call/text Denise (801) 413-8973, the Market Director. When accepted, you will also receive more detailed information for the event, ie; booth setup, payments, setup/teardown instruction, market policies for the Western Stampede.
