About the application

Welcome to the Stallings Farmers Market Vendor application! We are excited to review your application. Below we will go over all information before applying we require you read the entire application! 
 
Sunny In Stallings Farmers Market is a collaboration from Sunny Day Markets and The Town of Stallings! Sunny Day Markets will be your point of contact and we will handle all bookings, marketing and correspondence between vendors! 
 
The Town of Stallings will be providing us with a semi permanent sign, table cloths for all vendors and one special programming once a month for our attendees!

Market Dates: Every Saturday from May, 2024 - October, 2024 
 
Market Times: 8AM-12PM 
 
Location: 340 Stallings Rd Stallings, NC 28104 
 
Markets will be rain or shine - unless thunder storms or monsoons! :) 
 
Dates Available & Fee ($35 each Saturday or discounted rate if you book monthly)!

For the market we are working to book coffee trucks and breakfast trucks for the entire season! 
 
Tents, tables & tent weights will be required to be brought to the event! These will NOT be provided this year! You will be provided with a tablecloth to make sure we keep uniform to the market! White tent covers are HIGHLY encouraged to keep the market uniformed! 
 
Next, fill out the VENDOR APPLICATION form completely. It is your responsibility to understand and follow all county, state, and federal requirements regarding your business and food safety. The North Carolina Department of Agriculture (NCDA) is a good place to start in order to understand the requirements if you already do not know what is required!

What type of vendors are you looking for? 
    ⁃    We are looking for local farmers, bakers, makers and producers! 
Will this be a vendor show? 
    ⁃    No, we will allow 5 non-farmers market vendors each Saturday to make for fun shopping after groceries! 
Will there be admission or parking fees? 
    ⁃    No, parking and admission is completely FREE to the public! 
Are pets / dogs allowed? 
    ⁃    No, due to us being an extension of Stallings Municipal Park animals will not be allowed! 
Do you have to sign up for the year? 
    ⁃    No, however we encourage vendors to apply monthly! We want to ensure a successful farmers market for not only the town but vendors as well.
