About the application

This application is for non-profits and volunteer organizations or clubs. There are separate applications for businesses, artisans, and food vendors.

About the event

Kitsap Pride is Kitsap County's premier LGBTQ+ Pride event. It is a free, family-friendly event. Our main stage will feature live music, DJ, and drag performances. Kitsap Pride hosts a beer garden and a Pride store for our logo merchandise. We work with partners to provide programming for teens and youth as well.

Terms & Conditions

You are applying to be a non-profit vendor at Kitsap Pride. Once your application is completed we will review it and let you know if we have any questions or if you are approved. Once you are approved, please complete payment to secure your spot.
 
Each vendor spot is 10x10 feet and is intended for a single business. You are welcome to perform sales from your booth and to do giveaways but you are required to let us know what you are selling or giving away on your application. You can email us if there are any changes before the event.
 
Please review the Vendor Instructions PDF which is linked from this application. It includes important information about load-in times, setup, cleanup, fire safety, and more. We will provide updated instructions in early July.

Prices

Standard Non-Profit (10x10) $250.00 Non-refundable A standard non-profit spot at the Kitsap Pride festival. It comes with a 10x10 vendor space suitable for a single canopy. You can request an adjacent spot for an additional fee.
All Volunteer or Club (10x10) $125.00 Non-refundable All volunteer non-profits or clubs may choose this option. It comes with a 10x10 vendor space suitable for a single canopy. You can request an adjacent spot for an additional fee.
Premium Placement $200.00 Non-refundable Support Kitsap Pride with an additional $200 donation and we will upgrade you with premium placement and recognize your contribution in our social media. If you want to discuss sponsoring Kitsap Pride please write to sponsors@kitsappride.org. Thank you!
Table / Chairs $50.00 Non-refundable We can provide a table and two chairs for an additional $50.
